Thank you Yvonne!!! I have been behind on picking up a medication because it is really expensive. Even though they were trying to close she showed my how to save an insane amount on my medication. All this time and no one has ever told me about this let alone walked me through how to do it. I know heb pharmacy can be extremely busy and that is frustrating, but the people definitely care more than a lot of places I have been that are quicker

This place is terrible! Highly recommend going anywhere else but here. Maria or Barría whatever her name is that answers the phone is so rude! She doesn’t care to explain anything, you’re a complete inconvenience. My doctor’s office even called to get my prescription approved & she didn’t put notes in the system! She also said she’d have the pharmacist call my doctors office & that never happened either! When I spoke with the pharmacist she said there weren’t any notes about any of it. I was just trying to get anti-seizure medication & was treated like a drug addict. How terrible!!

Even though they are going through construction and the lines are long the employees are always very nice and I have only kind words for what they do. Please people giving bad reviews? These people working here are probebly as frustrated as you are. Kindness goes a long way

This HEB has the absolute longest wait times to pick up medications. Even before they were going through construction it would take 20 minutes to get through the line inside or outside. Now that it's under construction you have to wait in a line 20 people deep just to pick up medications I need. Do better HEB. You're a disgrace.

My family have been using this pharmacy for over a decade with nothing but good experiences. The staff has always been friendly and several staff members will address me by name when I approach. Yes, they are very busy and this may result in lines longer than one would want and, on rare occasion, a stressed or harried employee. However, they have always been accurate and have recommended alternative networks to offer savings (like GoodRx and those types). Unfortunately the recent construction on the HEB Plus has resulted in closing down the drive through lanes, so one must be prepared to wait longer, which is completely out of the control of the employees present.

If I could give this pos pharmacy no stars I would. The staff are all rude for no apparent reason. Then when the manager is told he justifies the rudeness with the amount of hours the techs work a day. What does that have to do with a paying customer? If I am sympathetic and polite and still get treated rudely, then yeah my business isn't appreciated! I switched to different pharmacy because yeah HEB pharmacy in Kyle is garbage. Rude and slow. I hope to GOD they read this!

Avoid this pharmacy if you value your health and you have a prescription more complicated than a bottle of amoxicillin. They mishandle prescriptions, hand out the wrong drugs and wrong doses, and they lie to your insurance company.

I am not sure what is happening, but it took 30 minutes to get thru the drive thru. The car in front of me to so long. Not sure why people don’t go in if they have so much to talk about. I have used HEB forever, but I guess I need to make a change.

I stopped using this pharmacy a few years ago, just before the pandemic, because they either never had my drugs or it could take days for a prescription to be filled.I have started with a new doctor, on Friday morning, so I just selected this pharmacy for my new prescription, with hopes for a better outcome.First try, on the phone, no record of my prescription. Had the doctor send it again this morning, Monday.Called back around 3:30 to check on status. Oh, "we don't have that medication" it will be in tomorrow. Your prescription will be ready on Wednesday...um, what?First, was anyone going to tell me this?Second, almost 36 hours to get a simple prescription filled?Just the same thing, no change and zero effort to make sure customer is happy or at least informed.If HEB is failing this hard at pharmacy in this location, maybe just close it and reshuffle.These employees are clearly unhappy and definitely in need of more training.

Decent service...once you get to your turn..most times you should expect a wait in line..parking is probably the biggest issue. HEB tends to be busy..
