Keep thinking the service and support will get better, but it doesn't. Rude and slow people, prescriptions always missing or wrong. Avoid Heb pharmacy Kyle if you can.

Having a medically complex child means I am more than familiar with how tedious and frustrating it can be to get prescriptions filled. This pharmacy went above and beyond to help us out when our usual pharmacy didn’t have our medication on hand. Even though it was a busy Saturday afternoon, they worked hard to get my son his medication before he ran out. I really appreciate their help and efforts!

Love the HEB pharmacy their fast at filling my prescriptions. And their convenience to my address is great.They also have an automated system to remind you of available refills. You can't beat HEB pharmacy!

I have been using HEB Buda's pharmacy for about 7 years now and I often have issues with them. However, I did just have the most pleasant experience with Anicia! she was friendly, prompt, and got me in and out of that drive thru in no time! Very much the opposite of my typical experience. Still only 3 stars because it's very hit or miss.

For them being a plus or a bigger store than most their pharmacy is absolutely horrible!! I don't understand why it moves so slow and the drive-thru is a joke and the worst part of HEB I've ever experienced!!

I absolutely hate this pharmacy. They are always slow. It takes over 24 hours to fill a common script. They state that a script will be filled and then they run out of product and don't let the customer know. I'm now having to scramble to get my doctor to redirect my prescription to another pharmacy. The pharmacy manager said that my dr called the script in too early and they couldn't fill it before a certain number of days since my last fill but that number of days was up on the same day my doctor submitted the script. The pharmacy manager was rude and condescending about my fill date and he was wrong.

They are horrid. My prescription was out in Thursday as I get a text from my discount card service when it is put in. I don’t hear anything Friday and on Saturday I call to check and they tell me that the prescription is on back order. Luckily I had called Tuesday and was told they had the brand name. I mentioned that and the person said yes and repeated the back order. I finally told him I will take the brand name and they should have called to ask. He just said ok it will be ready today and hung up. Well I didn’t hear anything so the next day I call around 1 and ask about he status. The lady doesn’t tell me it’s ready or anything, she just says well that’s 600 dollars, and when I responded yes that’s fine is it ready. She gets a surprised tone and says yes it was ready yesterday afternoon but it’s 600 dollars. So they had the brand name but chose not to call me because they assumed it was to expensive, and then when the prescription was actually ready they chose not ti call me be casa use it was expensive. I’m not sure who they think they are but it’s not up to them to decide what’s to expensive. I shouldn’t have to call multiple times to get things figured out because they chose not to calm because they thought it was expensive

Horrible! I will never get a rx sent back here. I got a rx sent to the pharmacy on 3/17 I called on 03/19 and was told they would have to order it. I then got a voice mail on 03/25 stating it was ready and if I didn’t pick up by 03/28 it would be returned. I then had someone get the rx for me, wait in line for 30 mins to be told they didn’t have the rx and it wasn’t ready it was sent back this morning of 03/27. I then myself call myself and spoke to the pharmacist Laura who hung up on me and spoke over me the entire time. Will never be back again.

I switched to HEB from CVS due to the additional hours that they are open...apparently so did all of Kyle because that additional time that they are open will be how long you will wait in line. Plus, with this ADD medication shortage, not a single person seemed to care or try to help. I'd call, wait for a while, and be told "Nope, we don't have it" followed by the click of being hung up on.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Wait times over 30 minutes are the norm. I just sat in line for 45 minutes to be told my prescriptions had not been filled because they didn't know I would need them the same day as my Dr appt! I went to them 8 hours after I went to the doctor. They did not and do not care. Someone needs to go in there a show them how to handle their business in a professional, and timely, manner. Stay away. Go anywhere else.

Wow, 12 people working in here. Very long lines, almost every time I've visited here. But the positive, there was an issue with one of my scripts, and "Scott" in the pharmacy was very helpful over the phone. He worked with my insurance plan and I was taken care of in a few minutes. He was very knowledgeable about the various meds. The prices seem fair and there are many employees working here.

Everytime I pick up a prescription I wait at least 30 mins wether it is through the drive thru or inside. Even if there is 1 or 2 cars/people ahead of me the wait is ridiculous.
