This place is amazing! Our family has been coming here for years and I'm glad I took my car here after a recent accident. They made my car look beautiful again and the turn around time was quick. Everyone was super friendly as always too. They really went above and beyond taking care of my car (especially Ashraf) and I couldn't recommend this place more!

Great service! We had an emergency with our car, the engine light came up right before our trip and Ashraf helped us immediately. It was an easy fix but he didn’t hesitate to help us and did it super fast. Definitely recommend!

Tried buying a truck and as a female, I felt like I was getting the run around. He said the transmission went out and they replaced it, then made a call and said oh nevermind it was the radiator and fan. Then the truck had a tow hitch and tried saying it was a GPS system (thank God I knew better), so I asked if they would remove it if I bought it and they said yes. But after everything, I had a friend who's a mechanic stop by and take a look at the truck. Everything looked good, so I made an offer and the guy ended up telling me someone made a deposit and that he was on his way.... So I waited 20 mins and he came back out and said the guy was coming back tomorrow and that we can discuss the truck more inside. At that point I was done. Too many lies and runarounds.

Worst shop Ive ever been too. I took it here on Feb 23rd because they do TechNet warranty work and TechNet sent me to this shop as Kyle Automotive was 3-4 weeks out.I sent HiTech the warranty claim number and original invoice. I informed them its a bad cam phaser and they agreed that they could do that. By Feb 25 he hadnt looked at my truck because he never checked his email for my claim number. After calling HiTech to remind them to check their email they went ahead and started to diagnose the problem and came up with cam shaft phasers.The issue is covered under warranty. HiTech called me and told me the warranty wouldnt cover the timing chain (part of the repair also covered under warranty) and that they recommended a "full motor replacement". I was shocked that my fixable, under warranty problem became a "needs a new motor".I called TechNet and had warranty reps call HiTech and explain that they could do the work and that TechNet would pay the bill. I physically went to the shop to ensure he was talking to the right rep and heard TechNet tell them they can do the work. Hi Tech agreed and I left.Hi Tech waited a few more days till March 3rd to call and say TechNet wouldnt cover it because I had to sign off to pay for 16hrs on a 13hr job on a job thats covered by warranty. I had TechNet reps call them again and they informed me it is covered and they arent sure why HiTech was having problems.After TechNet called them again it comes to light that they actually just dont want to do the job because they arent comfortable with the job.If they had just said that at the start I wouldnt have waited 9 days before being able to take my truck to Kyle Automotive Service Center where they can do the job.Stay away from this place unless you want a dishonest, difficult process with your car repair.Im sure irs fine for inspections but actual work is apparently to much for them.
