The service at home depot has gone down hill but it still beats Lowes. At least the employees at home depot tried to help me, even though they didn't know anything about my question. The employees at their competitor just ignore you and hope you won't ask them anything.

Was at the store this past Sunday, and all wood carts were in the parking lot. I told an associate about this and he ignored me. All associates that I dealt with were very unfriendly and acted like they did not want to be there. Several were standing around chatting and ignoring customers.

The older Caucasian gentleman in plumbing one didn't have any idea what kind of pex line to refer me. Raised his voice at me out of pure ignorance from his lack of knowledge on the type of cremper I needed to, i need an automatic cremper from an injury involving my bicep and a chainsaw. I had 3 times the amount of the items value on me after making a decision on which machine to purchase I continued to go back and thank the older gentleman when he followed behind me assuming I was going to steal said item rips it out ot my bad arm,
Not knowing even as young as I am. I have Over 10 years experience in this trade. And Ober the years have built a loving and supporting customer base who made sure I had enough to safely do their project without injuring my already destroyed Bicep again. I will never give ho,e depot my business again. Lowes or harbor freight only

Sarai and Luke were absolutely awesome in helping us price out all the materials for our flooring project. Along with different accessories and accompanying parts. They explained everything and got the system to print out exactly the parts we were interested in buying. They both had great customer service.

Piss poor customer service. The people are fine and friendly enough. The processes here suck however. I ordered a shelf online over a week ago. Last time I ordered it and picked it up at Lowe's without a problem. The email from home depot said to go to customer service. They sent me to the loading area and said someone would bring it over. Forty five minutes I waited to get a shelf that I could have went and rolled out to my car myself in five minutes.

The absolute worst employee staffing possible. Not helpful, moody, 20-something women "working" at the customer service counter. Staff with orange aprons walked by me (and ignored me) in the indoor lawn mower aisle as I struggled to try to get help for a product too high and too heavy to reach.
When I interrupted the girls on their cell phones at customer service, they provided barely any effort to get a representative to the aisle.
After 30 minutes of waiting for help and two attempts to get the terrible customer service gaggle of girls to respond..I finally left.
The customer service girls paid more attention to me walking out of the store like they had won some fake battle or something.
I went to Lowe's down the road and got amazing customer service, bought a lawnmower, and even decided to get a weed eater because they were so helpful. I spent half a grand with them.
