Dropped off a pair off pants to be hemmed. The ticket said they'd be ready in a week. I come back a week later to be told they wouldn't be ready for a month. Um, no. I would have appreciated being told that when I dropped the pants off to begin with, instead of having them waste a week of my time.

I brought 3 coats in for new buttons. 14 buttons total, amd a zipper fix. They charged me 62$ added one button and didn't touch anything else. Supposedly they cleaned them but they still had stains all over and they had the coats for 2 weeks. Manager refused to refund me and insisted was trying to tell me how much they would charge for the fixes we brought them in for in the first place. Apparently they are going to call me on Monday to tell me if they are going to refund me for not calling to tell us they couldn't find buttons. I am not holding my breath. I took them to Victory in San Marco's and they are making the adjustments and will have them done in just a few days. They really took care of me and will be my new dry cleaning I go to from now on.

When I called about prices I was told for pants they are $8 a pair for dry cleaning, and shirts are $4 a shirt and I should bring them in that same day because they are having a "discount" going on. If I waited till the next day it would all go up a dollar. So of course my bf and I need our clothes within 2 days after bringing them in. So I ended up bringing in the clothes. The "discounted" prices they gave were their normal prices. I brought in 6 pairs of pants (then she told me they could not be dry cleaned cuz its spandex) and 7 shirts. All together even adding an extra dollar it should cost no more then $76. They charged us $120.27. He wasn't going to give me my reciept till I asked for it. That's insane! I haven't even looked at the clothes yet because I haven't gotten home yet. I'm so mad because I know damn right it shouldn't have cost that much!... and if you look at the receipt it explains NOTHING! It was our first time there and jokingly i asked if there was a first time discount. He was like. Uhhh No! First and last time going there.

Went for dry cleaning about a month ago, dry cleaners incorrectly cleaned my jeans and damaged, burnt, shrunk them, as well. as cut off tags. After complaining to the business they took back my off white jeans and I haven't heard anything from them. They will not answer my phone call, I stood outside and watched the manager see my phone call and ignore it and there was no one in shop, I had my mother call immediately after and she picked right up. This is horrendous customer service, no communication, at the point it will probably have to be taken up with legal matters. Please stay far away, use folde delivery service.Service: Organic dry cleaning

They don’t open when advertised! I’ve come by twice on a Saturday and it’s almost 10 am and not opened yet!Very frustrating when your door and website says 9 am

I tried to drop off some shirts for dry cleaning in the middle of the afternoon. The door was locked. Myself and several other potential patrons knocked on the window and yelled inside to see if everyone was OK because we were concerned. About 5 minutes later a young woman walked from the rear, unlocked the door then berated us for bothering her while she was using the bathroom and proceeded to deny us all service. When I asked her for her name, she refused and was quite rude. I will never, ever, come here again. I would give zero stars if possible. Go anywhere else if you can.Service: Laundry wash & fold

This was the rudest experience I have had in a store in Kyle by far. The reviews were poor but I came here anyway because there isn’t another option in Kyle. I came into the store at 6:05pm on Wednesday 10/19. The girl behind the desk didn’t greet me or stop what she was doing. She just asked, “last name?” I told her this was my first time there and she proceeded to ask me for my last name again and then asked me what I was dropping off. I told her what I had plus a wedding dress and I asked her what insurance the store has for expensive items like a wedding dress and she said they didn’t have anything and you have to drop off your clothes at your own risk. We continued to talk and her attitude was so poor and so flippant and she acted like she wanted me out of the store. I couldn’t believe how poor her attitude was. So I left. I cannot give this store my business with this interaction. I’ll drive to another city rather than come back in and interact with her. I hope an owner sees this, because I also called the Jack Brown in Buda and the woman on the phone was so rude and wanted me off the phone as well. I am not sure why the employees are treating customers this way.

Little confused. First time trying to get dry cleaning from a Jack Brown. Yelp says closed, signs say open. No one in the store. It's a Monday and the door states Monday to Friday/ I need more reliability. Will find another company. This is a red flag for me to trust my designer clothing too.

I would give the franchise Jack Brown & specifically this location 0 or negative stars if I could that's how terrible this brand is at customer service. This is the type of brand where the headquarters management at the top is just as horrible as the people on the floor at the local location, they have no care for the customer and make that very very clear. Do not waste your time or your money at any of these horrible establishments, but especially not the Kyle location. You will be in for a world of disappointment on the customer front and overpay for horrible service. Jack Browns is a joke of a company overall.

Jack brown cleaners quoted me $8 for 2 shirts, which I already thought was expensive. When I arrived to pick up my shirts the price had jumped to $23. Completely unprofessional and rude at the front desk stay away from this place.
