I tried twice to meeting with Jackson Hewitt in Kyle. Both times I was scheduled for a meeting the office was locked and lights off at the appointment time. There was no reason provided why this was the case. When I called the San Marcos office about it I was just told that the manager would be informed. Nothing else stated or offered.I will be taking my business elsewhere. I'm disgusted with this business brand.

We always go to Eliza Avila to get our tax returns done. She’s the BEST!!! Does a great job at getting us the best return we can get and has the best attitude. Always full of smiles laughs and great stories all the while she’s busy putting your info in and getting you processed. Multitasking at its best!!!
