Just tried to sell several items and customer service was very negative...all they told me was what they weren't taking...very poor customer service...will never use them again...big waste of my time...FIND A GOOD SHELTER TO DONATE TOO!

Well organized store. Friendly staff. I believe it is over priced. Items priced high. Some items even priced same as when you buy new.

If I could give a 0, that would be the rating. Very rude and disrespectful person that inspected the items I brought in, I take great care of my grandsons items and to be told they have stains or a stain? I didn't see anything on anything. How embarrassing. I got attitude when I came in and attitude when I went out. Doesn't seem like whoever that was cares, tries or even tries to communicate, be professional, or friendly. The one working the counter was friendly but the one inspecting items is very rude and disrespectful. I would give her a zero for her attitude. I dont care if you buy from me or not, I dont need the $, I just thought someone would love it because the items are in great shape. I've shopped here before and I do have a grandson i spend ALOT of $ on, but I will not ever come back here. Save yourself the time and keep yourself from being treated like crap.

It's decent to buy from on a special sales day. The normal prices are not any better than buying new clothes. Shoes are decently priced. The staff isn't very friendly or helpful. The trade-in feels like a rip-off to me. They take stuff and say they'll call and never do. And if you don't pick up the same day it's gone. I think maybe I had a bad experience that started off with a very rude employee. Not sure. In terms of staff, I've had better interactions at different locations.

This was my first time checking this place out and we just had our son 2 months ago and he has grown out of his clothes quick so I decided to try to sale them here. My husband walked in at 3:45 and the person at the front immediately said “we’re not buying anymore today try again tomorrow” in a rude condescending demeanor. Completely made us get back in our vehicle and leave. I had the intentions of shopping for clothing for my son and my daughter but that interaction ruined the experience and we will not be returning. Had higher hopes for this place.

I’ve found good stuff but it’s super dark in there. The staff isn’t super friendly or welcoming. I definitely have felt rudeness from the lady most people in the reviews speak of. I think I’ll just try a different location for now on because I just always leave with a bad experience.

I came to this location with my family yesterday. The Customer service sucks. Restrooms smelled horrible.! We were not greeted. The employees act like they don’t want to be at work. The cashier had a terrible attitude.Definitely would give 0 stars if I could. I was able to find a few things however I will not spend my hard earned money here again.
