The lady wouldn't ring me up until I signed up for credit card. I told her no more than ten times. I called the store but all they said was sorry. I should have just walked away and order online but i really want the itmes now. When a customers say no it should be ok i tryed , not beg for it. Im so upset.

kohls is amazing and every time Im in the store the service by sales people, their smiles, going so beyond usual service, stellar, then add on top is all the specials, sales and incentives, store is always clean, love the space never feel areas are so tight cant leisurely look at clothes, etc. Kohls is stellar in all areas, a pleasure shopping there every time !! kohls really smart working with Amazon to return. Seems 90% of the time I end up buying items - from suitcases, clothes, pet supplies, shoes & sephora !!

I typically only come here for Amazon returns but since you get a coupon I find myself shopping there more. I was surprised that their shoe prices were good and they always have sales. This particular store is always clean, not busy and now has a Sephora.

Atrociously rude and possibly unsuitable manger at the front of the store that manages cashiers. I never saw an adult in a management position have a public meltdown and scream at a customer and her kids who did nothing at all. I heard the customer calmy as the manager to please stop screaming at her but she continued and then was confrontational with the lady’s young children and then talked loudly and rudely about the lady she screamed at to other people she was checking out. Been bothered by it since I witnessed it happen last week. It was a very unusual incident that shook me up. As en elderly person who shops alone I’m now afraid to go to this store because of what I saw. Something needs to be done about this manager.

I just recently started going to Kohl’s referred by a friend. And I totally like Shop in there. The prices the quality of the items since then that’s where I’ve been going. And of course I love the rewards that has a lot to do with it.

I had an excellent experience @ Kohl's in Kyle,Tx yesterday. An associate, Glynda, saved me almost $50 on my purchases by helping me apply for a Kohl's credit card. I love all the pants and tops I bought ....great selection! Thanks for a clean and friendly store!! ❤
