I’ve Been a outdoor vendor Since 2017 I love this Place & A lot Has to do to the staff & especially,Juan,Manny ‘ LORIANNE IS THE BEST She’s Such caring Person She Knows Most of the vendors Here & Listen Or Makes Any Problem Right, One thing About her Is She so respectful Any complaints or worries she’s on top of It, Now I understand if Changes are being made For the Better But I’ve Never had a Bad Experience But past week A new Person Has been Taking payment for Our Daily Rate payment NOT ONLY is He Rude He’s Not a Very Nice person I’ve Never Had a Bad Experience
Not Only that he Was rude In front of my customers And Was even Rude To Other vendors as well, As vendors we all stick together & Some Have even Left to Another flea market due to Not being treated With respect & kindness’ I just feel that If anything better management Would Help But as for Paying My Daily fee I Like how Ms Lorianne handles Any Problem or situation with kindness & Respect’s I’ve decide not to Go for the next couple of weeks I was embarrassed even my Customers Asked “What’s His Problem,Where’s Ms Lorianne” Other then that Is A great place & Its grown over the Yrs To whom it may concern I will gladly delete this Review Once I talk to Someone other then “ Manager” ✌️

Firstly, much praise to Lorain who collects the vendor’s fee every Saturday & Sunday.
She’s always very friendly and professional, always a smile on her face even on the busiest of days.
And, of course Manny! He’s there bright and early with Chico, and maintains order upon the arriving vendors who can get very competitive when it comes to finding the right spot to set up.
If it wasn’t for those two I’d already have found a new place to sell the items left over from our estate sale business.
Sadly, I leave a 3 star review rather than a 5 star review because of my experience with the other staff/ management.
I have to be honest for the sake of future vendors and what they’d be dealing with.
Bill, whom is the “manager” of the market has left a bad taste in my mouth on several occasions due to his lack of professionalism and overall unfriendly demeanor.
My first experience with him was as a customer in which he pressured me to give him a “better price” on the premise that he was the manager of the facility and “called the shots”.

He speaks negatively of vendors, customers, and just about anything he doesn’t agree with openly and unapologetically.
He’s very off putting to say the least.
Juan, the other gentleman whom works the grounds can be quite difficult to deal with considering his short temper.
He shows favoritism to certain vendors and just “doesn’t care” about his job, his literal words not mine.
Honestly, the market is a shell of what it used to be.
Vendor fees have gone up, the quality of the vendors/ items has come down, and overall the market seems to be in a desperate need of an overhaul.
Every once in a while you’ll get lucky and find a treasure, but those very aggressive & cringy resellers will be right on your tail!
Some are cool though, and will show you their treasures if you ask nicely. lol

Yesterday was my first time at this market and it was fun! Though it was pretty hot, the place was packed, and I was able to find some good deals. I was able to score some cute shades and Ryuk shirt from this cool shop Eyes and Chais and the lady was super nice. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely come back.

Trying to vend is not great. Layout is terrible, roads to nowhere, place is infested with woolly aphids - I was covered.

Do not come here on saturdays! Hardly any buyers or vendors come on Saturdays it is a waste of money. This place just keeps on going higher and higher on their vendor fee. $55 and they can't even provide suitable restrooms those porta potties are disgusting they do not keep them clean. Some of their staff is a joke.

Honestly kind of disappointing. More of garage sale vibes. There was not a variety of many options. Most shops were unkempt, very tight knit, and not much of an air flow.

There is so much to see! It takes a few times to go through the whole thing and look at everything, but it was fun. I will definitely go back.
