The hours are not correct at all on their site. Even the Walgreens pharmacy people said they just come in at random times and sometimes don't even show up. I guess you need to go into Austin at an actual facility to get lab services done through them. Don't go to this location unless you want to waste your time.

This place absolutely sucks. I waited over 2.5 hours one day then they didn’t see me because it was time to close. Then came back the next day and waited for another hour with an appointment and they called back everyone’s appointments that were scheduled after mine before I went back. Honestly it’s worth driving farther for another place because i was so incredibly disappointed with everyone’s attitudes here

Today: August 23, 2024 came to this location for a test I scheduled online, whoever works at this time took their lunch early. I saw the person walk out of the room, without addressing me, and left for lunch. Horrible experience, find an actual lab, don’t do your drug tests here as it seems this is a reoccurring issue that they refuse to fix.

Sign in was simple and easy, they even asked if I wanted a sooner appointment since I arrived early. The Tech there was amazing, I ended up fainting from my blood being drawn and she did all in her power to make sure I was ok

i’ve had plenty of bloodwork drawn the technician that I had today at LabCorp in Kyle was the best. I didn’t even feel it plus she really cares. Good job nice person.

I just had bloodwork done yesterday at this location. I came in as a walk in and was called in promptly. Teresa was very friendly and knowledgeable, quick and efficient. This was my second visit. Last time was September 2023. Both visits were 5 star

The online appointment scheduling system may not always work properly. After we waited 30 minutes, we confirmed the details with the technician. They still did not have a record of our appointment, but they looked at our email and confirmed that our appointment showed the correct time, day, date, and location.
They said they would take us next, but after waiting 45 minutes for a total of 75 minutes, we had to leave for another appointment.
Unfortunately, my elderly Mom had been fasting overnight.

Shame on you Labcorp; you’ve done nothing to fix this issue based on reviews. From the anonymous sign-in encounter, to a non-communicative wait with NO SIGN of life or human interaction from behind the frosted door with signs pasted all over-you have the chance and the resources to fix this issue. I told my 86 year old fasting Mom here for a lab test @1000 that we will switch labs to anywhere but here and we will inform her providers about Labcorp’s horrific customer service. Labcorp = FAIL. But look at your corporate profits. Way to take care of patients ??
