The one guy working their Jose R, was in a very big hurry with rushing, paid attention mainly to his buddies to talk about car’s, we were rushed and had to make two transaction’s, was questioned on our products and why we are getting our products, when I went to the bathroom that’s when my husband was questioned and my hubby asked what the stuff was he was being questioned on and couldn’t help my hubby to explain. But instead of be grateful for sales then treat him like an invalid, annoyed and had me put my own info in the computer after I told him I had to go to the bathroom, he put our stuff outside in the open while he went back in the store instead of have everything wait indoors my husband who’s dying in a wheelchair went outside to protect it before I got out of the bathroom having him sit and wait in the over hundred degree weather worried about our stuff he has brain damage and he’s got breathing problems, is dying and I really didn’t need that. He also didn’t have common sense told my husband to go get the van and bring it to him to load which hello he’s in a motorized wheelchair he can’t drive and should have asked if he was able to drive not tell. Obviously with the keys pinned to my shirt I drove.
Grant it he didn’t know that I was an assistant manager for Leslie’s pool supplies and know what I’m doing for my pool. I didn’t appreciate any of this and have never ever treated my customer’s like this even with out of control customer’s. I’ve dealt with thousands of people in churches, work places aside from Leslie’s and out of state and country. Not okay.
I did appreciate him putting the pump in the van and holding it for us but doesn’t give the right to be treated like that ever.

I buy my chlorine here. I love that they are so close to my house and their customer service is excellent. Jose is the best! I’ll always be a customer here

If you know what you are doing, this is a good "quick stop" for supplies. Took water sample there and they told me I need, what amounted to, over 30lbs of powder/chemicals. Went home and stabilized pool after about 2lbs of chemicals. Kyle has a place that conducts "pool school." Totally worth it and will keep you from getting ripped off. Leslie's is here to sell products. Every time I've done what they recommended, I needed to do 10 things to "undo" what they recommended. They mean we'll, but their technology is flawed. Nothing replaces you knowing what you are doing. Take time and learn how to do it yourself. Pool cleaners will not tell you their secrets because that is how they make their money, but the Internet provides everything you need. I would be cautious of the raving reviews, as I have not found them very helpful in the end.

Most of the staff is friendly and helpful but when you take a pool product in for service their lack of communication and follow up is very bad. Don't count on them to advise you of delays or parts that need to be ordered. Instead just be prepared to wait. And wait.

Went for a skimmer and they had exactly what I needed to get rid of the tiny little knats in our small pool. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We're new pool owners and need a lot help! I went to the Leslie's Pools at Brodie months ago and felt like the staff wasn't the most helpful, nor friendly. They kinda dismissed my questions with an overall "Well, EVERYTHING for your pool is gonna be expensive, so get used to it" attitude. I left without any real help nor direction.So, came to the Kyle location yesterday and had the absolute best experience with Ashley! She got me all set up with an account to track my test results, chemicals, equipment, etc. She gave me peace of mind that I have support from her and Leslie's Pool every step of the way to get this pool up and running! She's got a great personality and very knowledgeable about all things pool related. I had felt a bit overwhelmed and anxious with the start up process, but I'm glad to have met Ashley and got her help and advice! Thank you!!! Seeya soon!

Not a super big fan of this location and it's mostly because the person who works there always seems to have this attitude aa if she just really would rather not be working there. She doesn't do anything really to go above and beyond just always tells me to go to the San Marcos store. When I go to the San Marcos store they go out of their way to make sure that I understand everything and that they properly explain everything they ask me the right questions without forcing me to divulge everything that I don't really understand. I wish that they could give her some training that so she would be a little bit more proactive and helpful so I wouldn't have to drive all the way out to San Marcos every time

Each & every time I enter this neatly organized store here in Kyle I'm warmly & sincerely greeted & provided an Excellent level of customer service! Ashley, the store manager is most knowledgeable & helpful with the products I need to keep my pool in top shape. There is one thing that really upsets me! When a biased rude person speaks to a valued employee as if they were inferior is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! A bit of courtesy & understanding is important for those folks that are responsible working individuals striving to do their best. Thank you Ashley for all you do! Enjoy your New Year! As a new pool owner, I was excited to take a trip to this store. I wanted to ask some questions that I had, however, the woman working the counter was less than friendly. When she went to get my product, I asked her if there it came in different percentages, and she replied "no" while her back was turned to me as she was walking away. Definitely no warm and fuzzies here. She sounded monotone and seemed rather annoyed that she had to go grab this product from the back. Sucks because I've heard great things about Leslie's but the customer service appears to be lacking at this location.

The lady working today was pathetic. I don't post but she inspired me. Pretty much to the point of what you do you want. No doubt if you go into there, you will recognize it. Management has to see it as well.
