I’ve been taking my kids for years and this last experience was by far the best because of the dental assistant, Christian. She was so very kind to my daughter and I and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. If there’s ever an opening for a management position, she deserves the spot!

First visit went great. Second visit was absolutely horrible. They seem to overbook patients getting work done. I understand every patient is different and some take longer than others to work on. They gave anesthesia meds before laughing gas and then waited about an hour and a half in waiting room waiting for the dentist to finish working on other patient. By the time the dentist started working on him, anesthesia was already wearing off. That made it very difficult for my 5 yr old. At that point he was not having it and made it more difficult for staff to work on him. The dentist in my opinion was rushing throughout the whole process because she had other patients waiting on her. He was supposed to get two fillings and a crown. When she started working on him she then changed it to two crowns instead of one because he was already too fidgety. She was able to get one on and couldn't do the other one. The other crown got stuck on the first one. So as they searched for it frantically my little one pulled off the first crown with his tongue and that's how we discovered the second crown got stuck on the first. They then redid the first crown and then when they couldn't get the second crown again they took off the mask for the laughing gas and tried to force the crown on his last molar in the back without any tools. When that didn't work they gave him a break and a prize. When they finally came back they tried to redo that same back crown, this time with their dental equipment. The dentist shaved off more of his tooth, failed to put in the crown and then gave up at that point and just completely covered his entire tooth with sealant. Then sent us on our way. They told us we needed to go back once more. This time for general anesthesia in order to work on the filling she didn't get to work on and one more crown on bottom. I told them we would not be returning.We got here at 9 am and left at around 12:30 only to have a botched dental job done because his anesthesia was already worn off. Never returning here ever again!!! ABSOLUTE WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Worst of all my 5 year old is now terrified of the dentist office.

Look for a different pediatric dental facility here's why: we arrived 15 min early for our 4pm appt visit started off in a very busy and unkept/dirty waiting room where we sat for 15 minutes after our appointment time. Then waited close to another 20 mins longer at a dental station before x-rays were taken. The bed had not looked to be wiped down, it was filthy. But luckily they did have TVs. The visit with the dentist was fine. It was the lacking communication with the hygienist that I did not care for during the cleaning. While I was excited to bring her here to a pediatric dentist for a fearless-kid-friendly-learning-atmosphere. Instead, they seemed more annoyed at the amount of people that they still had to see since they were closing at 5pm and by this time it was almost 5pm, so I felt our appointment was rushed and overlooked. There was no communication to my daughter on how you need to take care of your teeth to floss or brush or do anything extra. Other than, ok you are done, now pick a prize. We will not be coming back.

My daughter was seen today and she really enjoyed it. She loved the assistants Amy,Arjelia,Angelica the A team!!! (Couldn't remember the other girls name) The front office got my insurance verified even though I gave them little information and help. I appreciate the great visit yall!

Great staff and services! We do not have any insurance at this time. Got my 9 year old 2 teeth filled and one extraction for 700. They also had a cleaning special for 80 bucks! Highly recommend!!

Nurse Amy and Dr.Norma were excellent. With my 9 y/o cavity treatment, they were so gentle and caring.
