Horrible Service!
So I called in on a Tuesday spoke to a man named Duke about my vehicle & it going in for some AC work, I asked if I could take it in the next day he said sure I said what time do you open he said 8:00 I said ok. Never did I say I’d have it there by 8:00 just wanted to know what time they opened.
I take it in on Wednesday morning about 9:45. I get there and the 2 Men in front did not greet me just looked at me & conitinued on with there conversation.
I said hello, Duke said hello then turns away from me & continues to talk to his co-worker Jacob sitting next to him.
I said again ok hello I called yesterday about my truck getting the AC fixed some warranty work. Duke says yes, then Jacob who is the other worker says well you can leave your truck here but it won’t be until Monday we can look at it & even when Monday comes around it will just go on a wait list with all the other Vehicles & since its Warranty work we gotta wait for that then for it to get approved. Then Duke says I thought we talked about this, clearly he was talking about the day before when I had mentioned bringing my truck in & Never did I say when I was taking it in. I replied to Duke that I could not have been there any sooner because my husband had an appointment this morning. Then Duke says he didn’t mind if I just left my vehicle there & they would get to it when they could & that so many other vehicles had come in that morning. I ended up just walking out, Apparently they have so much Work they don’t have time for any other Vehicles.
Both of them were Extremely Rude to me & gave off the impression that because I was not there sooner other people had gotten there before me & because it was Warranty work my truck would be there for who knows how long.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!
I just read your Reply, Do not Apologize for not getting to my car Apologize for treating me like a Nobody when I walked in to y’all’s Shop! y’all are Ridiculous!
And you did not Greet me!
And I hung up on you because I only need your name I had nothing to say to grown men who Disrespect Women the way yall did.
And I’m glad you have that recorded please feel free to share it on yalls Facebook. I’m not a liar and for you to say you have it recorded is telling me you’re trying to prove something different than what I stated. Please play it from the beginning as soon as I walked in until the moment I walked out, then leave it for a few minutes after that I’m sure yall had some good comments about me after I walked out. You can show everyone how you treated me.

A month ago, took in a 2010 old Toyota Highlander with a broken AC. They checked and found that Evaporator Core replacement was needed. They fixed it the next day and honored the quoted price on the big job. A month later, AC is still going strong. Highly recommended! I will be back for other maintenance needs.

I’m honestly shocked to see this place have so many good reviews. I came here 2 years ago with my sister and felt completely disrespected by staff and owner.
I had come for an oil change and my engine guard had fallen off on my way home. I returned to the shop and they offered to put it back on. I left again and a few days later the engine guard fell off again. I learned it had been put on with zip ties which I had not been told. I called and they agreed to reattach my guard. On my way back to the shop, my engine guard was dragging and slid over a smushed up dead raccoon on the road. Members of the Master tech team, with the owner present, belittled me and joked about me not knowing I hit an animal. I knew I had not hit an animal and I explained the situation but they told me I didn’t know what I was doing when I was driving my own car. The ridicule was so intense that I left and never came back. They made several sexist comments while I was there and refused to repair my engine guard. They even took my engine guard and used it for their scrap.
Oh also, the owner loves telling stories of hot young women from his youth while you sit in the waiting room and when I was frustrated that my engine guard came off three times he pleaded with me to have some grace for the mechanic because he was a young guy and new.
Terrible business.

Blew a motor 5 years ago and brought my truck to Duke and his team. They had me back on the road in a relatively short amount of time. There were a lot of extenuating circumstances with that situation. Because they treated me so well, I brought my current issue to them. After multiple trips to actual dealerships and hundred of dollars wasted, Master-Tech was able to identify a stuck sensor and a blown fuse. They once again took care of me. Highly recommend and will continue to bring my business here!

Because it is so rare for people to do the right thing in business these days, I just want to personally say Thank You to Duke for taking care of an issue. As soon as he heard about it - he jumped in and reviewed the record - realized the mistake and made it right - right then and there. I've been a customer for a few years now and Almost went somewhere else today for my vehicle service because I knew something just wasn't right from my last service. But I'm very glad I went back to Master-Tech today so they could figure it out and take care of the issue. It's a good small business to do business with! Thanks again!

We have been taking our vehicles here for over 20 years, as we've found them to be honest and fair with pricing. We have had a range of mechanical services from air conditioning issues to timing belt changed. Would recommend!
