“They're good, and much better than the previous place I used in Austin. The 4/5 stars is for this business. The following is my review for one of the cpap machines they sell: The AirSense 11's water chamber is poorly designed. After using it for two years, I still spill water nearly every time I refill it. That tells me this isn't a learning curve issue, it's a usability issue. I'd genuinely like to know whether the design team had users repeatedly fill and insert the tank with water during usability testing, and if so, what the results were. I'd also be interested in hearing the rationale behind the current design or ResMed's response to the consistent criticism from users. Suggestions for the next version: Make the reservoir a simple rectangular box again. Give it a wider, flatter fill opening. Mold a high-contrast, easy-to-read fill line into the plastic. Add a more positive latching mechanism so it's obvious when the tank is fully seated. Sacrifice a few millimeters of compactness if that's what it takes to improve usability. The AirSense 11 itself provides excellent therapy and is quiet and reliable. Unfortunately, the water chamber,the one part you interact with every single day,is far more frustrating than it should be.”
