MY wife purchased a new phone and visited this store to have it programmed Elizabeth the tech was very pleasant and apologized for the wait ,she was talking care of another customer when it was our turn we explained we wanted the data from the old phone transferred to the new phone no problem Elizabeth replied and proceeded to download the data from the old and up load it into the new. as my Wife,s old phone was in better shape then mine i asked could she transfer the data from my phone into my Wife.s discarded one no problem she again replied, these tasks took about a hour all told and since we did not buy the phone from T Mobile but do have their service the cost was VERY reasonable highly recommend them for cost, and service is first class .
