I had a great experience in getting my new Samsung Galaxy phone & new pad at Metro PCS in HEB Plus in Kyle. My sales guy Favez was so very helpful & so kind. He went out of his way to get me all the best deals that he could! I was very happy!

I have my phone upgraded at Kyle metro by t-mobile yesterday, Employee Fayez was very kind and helpful. He helped me find a better phone to my needs in an amazing discount price. I would recommend everyone if you want to buy a new phone go meet Fayez at Kyle location for metro by t-mobile. Amazing service kudos to Fayez. Thank you so much for such an amazing service. I love metro by t-mobile. I was having issues with my phone. I visited employee Fayez at Kyle. He was really professional and helped me to resolve my problem and also gave me an amazing deal on a new phone. I am happy that I met fayez. Amazing service by metro by t-mobile. Customer service by employee Fayez is outstanding and he knew all the answers to my questions and he greeted me as soon as I enter the store. My aunt was there for assistant for her service and she was approached by the store manager to help her by the name Marie. My aunt doesn’t talk too much English and had some questions and her been a Hispanic couldn’t communicate or try to help her so she told her she was getting someone to help her that she was calling someone on the phone to talk to her and in a few minutes she was ignored after her been there first before another customer came in. The manager ignored her while she was standing there and failed to help her after she had someone on the phone to talk to her that could help her with questions. She keep standing waiting for the manager to help her and just had to leave. I called the store and talk to the manager and she told me another story and was very unprofessional and rude no wonder this place has low reviews. This manager shouldn’t be there if she can’t communicate in Spanish to help customers and if she doesn’t have good customer service skills.

Absolutely the best customer service! Michael is the manager at this location and is incredible! He is very patient and knowledgeable about every product & knew the answer to every question. He made the transition from a different carrier over to T-Mobile painless and very easy! I've been to other T-Mobile locations and was concerned my concerns would be dismissed here, but that was not the case at all! He broke down all of the math down to cent for us! I'm super grateful!! Big shout to Chris as well! He stepped in and helped while Michael helped others. Chris was very kind, patient & answered all of my questions regarding phone comparisons and accessories. Fantastic location and customer service!! Highly recommend!

Bait and switch! Went in last June to get my daughter a new iPhone. The Manger talked me into getting the bug one get one deal. Swore to me over and over that it would lower my bill. I questioned him multiple times and he kept doing the math saying it would lower my bill by $30. Well my bill came and it was $50 higher. I went back and he said there would be a couple months of fluctuations but would be lower in a few months. Well 8 Months later my bill is still $30 more. I guess there was a big commission to sign people up for that. Avoid this branch of T-Mobile and the manager Chris

(Edited 2 years later) The help I received in the past is no longer standard for this location. I think they may be under new management. (2 years ago) Went in to add 2 lines and buy phones. The customer service guy, [Travis] was friendly and knowledgeable. He did not pressure. The manager seemed to trust her employees judgment and didn't interfere so she could maximize her time helping other customers. Overall, I was impressed with what I experienced and observed.
