The service is here is great. However do not sign up with easy pay leasing company!! I had a great experience using Easypay FINANCING at another Midas location. Easy pay LEASING is a complete rip off and should not be in business. You cannot access their website and when you call in within your 90 days to pay off your loan they say they have to mail you your balance. I went to dial their number today and my phone reads "SUSPECTED SPAM" instead of the company name.

The employees here are very nice and welcoming, and my experiences at this location have made me a loyal customer. I’ve never felt as if they were trying to oversell me on unnecessary fixes for my car, and I have not at all felt talked down to as a woman. Median prices for great work!

I had my explorer towed in, it wasn’t accelerating and the check engine light was on. They diagnosed it and said it was my transfer case, transmission and catalytic converter. $8000 worth of repairs. I decided to get a second opinion and took it to Ford dealership. Turns out my transmission was 100% fine, my catalytic converter was also fine and the ONLY thing wrong with my truck was the transfer case. They fixed it and 2 days later my truck is running better than before. I do not recommend this place they will try to do unnecessary repairs just to get money. Total scam! The guy said he was 90% sure my transmission was messed up because of “fluid” and “metal shavings” definitely incorrect!

Just called in here with a car emergency that turned out being super problematic (replacement engine level!). They were able to run a diagnostic and give us info to take to the dealer in under an hour, then charged us half the diagnostic fee since they couldn’t offer a solution. Fantastic service, highly recommend if you are in the area and need work done!

Had an appointment at 2pm, didn't roll my car into the garage until after 3pm plus 2 other customers have come & went since. Took them 10 mins to flush my coolant.

Tried to charge me $351 for labour when another mechanic done it for $60. Tried to charge me $119 for parts when someone else got them for $25. Don’t use this company go somewhere else, I’m glad I did after getting the quote from Midas. Awful!

Great for oil changes and nothing else. They’ll take advantage of your for “diagnosis”. I told them I had an issue and showed them a picture of it to asked for a quote on it. They stated they had to diagnose it and it was on the lift for no more than 5 minutes, and they literally show me a picture of exactly what I showed them and charged me $160 after taxes for 5 minutes of diagnosing where it was visible without even lifting. They should have given me a quote for the fix and not charge me that for this when that is exactly what I told him.
The employees also were in the back office talking negative about another customer who dropped off their vehicle. Just very unprofessional behavior. Will not be returning and will be flagging this to corporate.

From 5 start to 1 start 8/10/2024 The store manager Hassan was amazing working on of my car breaks I came for an inspection I received bad news of my break car and they where able to work with my and a great price. Excellent customer service and car. Efficient team above my expectations. Thank you guys!!!!
Update 10/06/2024 2 start this encounter. Went back because my break had a sound it was around 9:10 am arrival time, call at 11 because I need to pick up my mother at work at 1 pm checking on status. No one call me to avise the car was ready to pick up. Arrived at 1 pm they guy told me is was ready. No one call or text to advise it was ready. So i left same day around 3:45 I call and explain to the guy the car has a sound again told me to bring it same day but I was downtown I will not make it to Kyle. So I explained i will go on Saturday.
10/10/2024 1 start and only for the manager Hassan if not i will give it a 0. I look under my car day prior to see what was going on due to the sound been worsening every day so i finally decided to call in at work and and get the brakes fix for 3 time. They went under the car and told me it does not have anything wrong. So i have to point it with my finger so they can see it and fix it. And they fix it.
Update is not been a week my brake sound bad and even do they replace a few pieces still have the sound. Im definitely not going back to this place i will go to a different location to fix my brakes.

Sent a request for appointment night before. No response by noon (Website clearly states that request will be answered within 30 minutes business time), but I was in and out of meetings all morning. I call at noon to make an appointment that afternoon for alignment, 1 hour service, and they tell to bring it in at 4, that an appointment is not necessary. Leave work early to ensure job is done before 6 pm closing. I am told 60-90 min for service at 355 pm. I wait 45 min before being told that they will not be able to get to me today. Just be honest folks, as I could go elsewhere. Will not return, and suggest folks to stay away.
