I took my 2007 Jeep Liberty to Morgan and Lacey originally because my air conditioner wasn’t working well. I originally took it to another mechanic in Kyle and after paying over $1,000 it still did not work well. I was quite upset to say the least and went a long time before trusting my vehicle to another mechanic. After being referred by a friend that reported a wonderful experience, I decided to give Morgan G Services a try. I am so glad that I did. Not only did they get my air conditioner working well again, but also noticed that I needed some other work done.
I knew I likely needed some other repairs but was still apprehensive of being taken advantage of. The guys in this shop have been so wonderful. Not only did they pay great attention to detail, but helped me to understand that my suspension system was in such bad shape (which I already knew) but they brought to my attention that it was actually at such a point that it was dangerous to operate the Jeep in that condition.
I was so happy that they caught that. They gave me a list of recommended repairs for my vehicle to get it running in tip-top shape, and then pointed out which ones were the most urgent. I was able to get the suspension fixed and I feel like not only is my air conditioner working well for a reasonable price, but now my suspension has been fixed and my car feels much better and is a lot safer to operate.
Also, I thought there was something seriously wrong with my transmission, but they fixed that too.
Thank you all so much. The communication was excellent, the price was certainly reasonable, and these people are very trustworthy. I will be happy to have you help me again with my Jeep in the future.

I just wanted to take a minute to say I am sorry.
I am sorry that the guy that left a review before me appears to be unreasonable 😳😳 What he felt like his experience was, is the total and complete opposite 🙅♀️🙅♀️ of what our family and friends have experienced, and we have taken ***many** cars here. We have been unbelievably impressed.
I am sorry that I did not know Morgan, Lacey, and the other gentleman that work at this establishment sooner.
I am sorry for anyone that may be reading this, that may have not had a chance to meet these fantastic, honest, hardworking and genuinely ethical people yet. You really should change that. ASAP! 🏎️🏎️💨💨

Wow, what a load off of my husband's plate. I LOVE what an excellent job Lacey does of communicating.
I love how thorough these guys are 👏👏. I especially love how the pricing is broken down so I can see all the details that a lot of people don't care about. I love how especially when we get into core charge type things, Lacey is glad to take the time to break it down for those of us not familiar with it. I love how these guys give the vehicles a thorough inspection and recommend what needs to be done, but also prioritize it if someone isn't able to do it all at once.
We will certainly keep going back, and sending everyone we know your way. Thank you ALL for being awesome. I can't thank you enough. We're certainly glad to have met you. 🤩🤩

I have not had a good experience with Morgan. A few major issues I have with this garage are the following. 1. Poor communication and constant delays in timelines, which I understand to some degree are led by parts availability and lead times however I have never experienced extended turnaround times like this before. 2. Failure to thoroughly road test vehicle once a repair is undertaken. 3. Failure to pay suppliers in a timely fashion once payment for parts had been remitted 2.5 months. 4. Lack of interest in rectifying ongoing hydraulic fluid leak which recurred immediately after recovering the vehicle from the garage (circa 20 miles). I write this review with regret, I have given Morgan's Automotive ample time and notice to put the customer first and act in good faith. However I do feel I need to share my experience. I am an enthusiast and have owned a number of modern classics over two decades, so my experiences of good garages have context. This is the first negative review I have ever written when it comes to automotive repair.

Morgan’s Automotive is the best mechanic in Kyle, TX! They took incredible care of my mother’s vehicle, fixing all the radiator and oil leaks, topping off all her fluids, and making sure everything was in top shape. Their team was professional, kind, and honest throughout the entire process. Lacey, the Owner and Manager, was especially wonderful—she was friendly, helpful, and made sure we were kept informed every step of the way. This auto shop in Kyle, TX truly went above and beyond, treating us like family. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can trust, but Morgan’s Automotive proved they genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommend them for anyone in need of quality auto repair!

They did a great job on my '05 Chevy and were quick to answer questions. Referred a friend who was quoted 15k and Morgan's found the problem and it wasn't the whole transmission. Extremely honest ✊️
