The intensity of the workouts is perfect and it’s great for motivation and competition that you can track everything. The staff is all very welcoming, friendly and good at their jobs. Although, do not listen to management when attempting to freeze/cancel your membership. They did not tell us if we froze the membership for 6 months for pregnancy and post pregnancy that we would have to pay $179 just to cancel afterwards. If we knew that, we would have just cancelled prior to giving birth and re-joined after if we wished to continue. Very disappointing

If you are looking to get overcharged even AFTER you Cancel your membership feel free to join this Orange Theory. I injured my back and put my account on hold after two months. They automatically started charging me the $169 fee. So I called right away told them I needed to cancel and oh it was conveniently a week before they called me back even though I repeatedly tried to get a hold of Josh. So that $169 is gone and then they charge me a cancellation $169. So I got to pay two cancellation fees. I will never return to this location or any other Orange Theory, location nor will I ever have anything positive to say about this.
I see the owner added comments. He is ignoring the part or I called right away and they could’ve canceled everything all at once and I repeatedly called for over a week and no one ever called me back and tells me oh contact this email. I did that multiple times too.

I’m a business owner here in Kyle. Also posting from my business page. I do not recommend signing up for a membership with this company. I’ve canceled my membership in person twice via the cancellation form, (5) times online and received a confirmation each time since May. I’ve called and left several messages for the manager who has NEVER returned my phone calls or emails. This membership is impossible to cancel. I’ve read other reviews of other members experiencing this same issue. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General’s Consumer Protection department. As of today, 6/30/2024 I received another charge to my credit card. I regret ever signing up for this gym as it has been a nightmare.

If you want a positive, motivating and rewarding experience working out, this is your place! The staff and trainers are very friendly and professional, always available to answer questions and help encourage you in your goals. Facilities are clean and well organized. I'm a very satisfied customer!!
