Customer service was great, but my storage unit was infested with mice or rats . I only reserved the unit for less than a month. I had to disinfect several items and disregard others in the trash. While emptying my unit I couldn't believe all the rodent droppings & strong urine smell. I have rented storage units over the years and have never experienced anything like this!! BEWARE...

We have rented here for a long time for outdoor storage. The staff is pleasant and the prices reasonable; however, the grounds have really gone downhill with animal feces all over the covered outdoor spots. Theft has been a recent problem including RVs and catalytic converters from RVs. In followup to owners response, our spot is not reserved in my Google name and the review is credible. We were out at our spot when a couple started up their RV and came over to us to apologize for how loud it was. They stated their catalytic converter was stolen while parked in their spot. You are correct in that the report of a stolen camper was from someone on Next Door who said it was stolen while parked at the facility and posted photos of the camper. This was hearsay and I cannot confirm. I encourage you, however, to look at the spots where campers and boats are parked in covered spots. We are always having to dodge piles of dog feces in the middle between the spots. Sometimes this has been in excess of 20+ piles. This was not a problem up until about a year or so ago. I have reduced my rating to two stars since you inferred I was not a credible poster and chose to dispute as opposed to rectify the issues.

I have nothing but good things to say about park place storage. I have been renting parking spaces and a storage unit for about 3 years now and it has been phenomenal. Very professional team! 5?

Picked up a trailer. It was on a slant, unfortunately they didint have any pieces of wood/etc holding trailer in place. When going to load it onto truck it slid down and smashed tailgate. Was told “customers just leave wherever” and was not resolved. Disappointed.

My husband and his co-worker asked for a simple receipt and that was too much for Kat to handle. They work for a moving company which requires them to obtain receipts for every job. Well that wasn't an option for her because she was extremely busy with no customers in office and no in coming calls. I decided to call and ask for the receipt myself and to my surprise she was still "busy" and wasn't able to email us a receipt. I kept asking for it and even let her know that the men cannot get paid or come back to San Antonio until we get it and she decided to hand up on me. I called back several times because she didn't want to answer the phones now and got upset when I told her I would write this review. After I said that she proceeded to be rude in a more calming voice because she knew her name was going to be put out there. She has no customer service skills, no time managing skills, very rude, and should not work there if she cannot handle 1 customer at a time. Learn how to prioritize time in order to help customers or fined a job you actually like. Management better look into this and do something about it.

Extremely hostile receptionist. Kat was very aggressive and disrespectful from when we first arrived to when we dropped off the truck. She even complained about how hard her job is that she couldn't print out a recipe for us. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! This lady has no customer service skills what so ever and should not be working there.

Placed a reservation about 2 weeks in advance. Even though I was running late, I was in and out in about 10 minutes. The staff were very nice and extremely helpful in getting the 5x8 trailer hooked up to my vehicle. If or when we need to move again, we will definitely be back!
