Purchased a 2010 Lexus Gx and the extended warranty
Shortly after the transmission went out.
We returned the Lexus and contacted the warranty company they replaced the transmission with a transmission from Lexus. It was backorder so a little bit of a weight. I was given a loaner while my car was fixed.
They never avoided me or put me on the back burner and that means a lot to the average blue-collar worker We appreciate it very much. People spend a lot of money on cars and they absolutely took care of us. Thank you to Adam and his crew..
we would definitely purchase another vehicle here..

We drove about 1.5 hours to see an M3 they had on the lot. Could not be more happy with how things turned out! They were able to help us trade in our X3 and now my husband is living his childhood dream. Everyone at Pearl Motors was very transparent and there was no pressure about buying, I really enjoyed the process as a whole and am very happy to have done business with them <3

This dealership was amazing! We worked with Adam and he was super transparent and worked with our budget and down payment. Straight to the point on what would and wouldn’t work, we didn’t expect much as dealerships these days usually make buying a car complicated and take forever! But not this place, super quick, efficient and even when we were having trouble gathering some documents Adam was super patient and even held the car for us. Again amazing people and dealership!

My first car I’ve ever bought myself and Samanta and Muhammad made this experience very fast and informative my moms boyfriend actually came with me to help inspect because he used to sell cars and he said the process was faster than other lots he’s either worked at or been too big thanks to them both they even stayed after hours for this process!

Amazing service, no pressure at all. Very kind people. Samantha the Office Manager came out and greeted us. At first we were nervous to share our price range because traditional dealerships usually take that number and put you in something you can’t afford.
They are family owned so I did not ever feel pressured. This was the second car lot we visited. The first one we went too we felt was super over priced so we came here on a whim 30 minutes before close just so see what they had.
We came across our dream car the 2017 Volvo XC90, they said it technically wasn’t available to sell yet because it hadn’t been posted on their website yet. But since they had our budget in mind Samantha went into the office and came out with a price on the car and it was too irresistible to say no to. $15k for that car and is bananas. After which they let us play around with the numbers on our down payment until we reached our comfortable monthly payment.
There was maybe 5-6 sheets of paper to sign nothing that would take hours at all.
We were there until maybe 6:30. So after maybe 2 hours plus they stayed open for us, we have finally gotten our dream car. Quickest I’ve ever gotten a car!
So grateful!
