Jenn at the groomer took care of my little dog today. My dog had an injury a long time ago, which makes me feel extra protective of her little body. Jenn was attentive, speedy, careful with the location of her injury. She got one of her teammates to calm my dog while they worked diligently. Equally important Jenn did NOT make me feel like I was being extra by being an over protective dog mom. She was authentic and would give me time updates even though I wasn't in a hurry, but it was youthful. Her teammate walked out and complimented Jenn too (it's great when you draw compliments from your coworkers, says a lot about Jenn as a person). Her work was perfect, my dog looks great. Jenn made a billing error, and got her manager to correct it. She called it out herself, and saved us $$. Wow, what an amazing human Petco got lucky with! Integrity, kindness, skilled My little one and I left very happy thanks to Jenn and the entire experience we had with her. Sidenote...I hate pet stores and anyone who thinks it's okay to cage birds, ferrets, snakes, or to cage anything, specially for profit. I saw beautiful animals there in small cages, who I imagine don't get to feel the warmth of the sun with the same freedom we do.

My girls are always taken care of they come home looking so good . I love the staff they always greet us with a smile even when they're so busy . My girls look great thank you to the grooms you all are fantastic wouldn't take them anywhere else

I was helped by the nicest person, Daniella aka Dani. She was beyond helpful and her personality was so pleasant. She went out of her way to make sure that I found what I was looking for and made sure to explain that I can come back and return it in 30 days, if the product isn't right. I appreciate her efforts, she truly is a gem!Added note: I had to go back and exchange the muzzle I bought. Note to others, be sure to go to the checkout with any of your items you want to return or exhange, before you look for your replacement. Reason, I had a small issue with a different employee, he thought I wasn't being honest when I was. I try to leave positive reviews but this I felt a need to share. He was very polite, willing to listen but still didn't believe me. I went in to return the item I had already purchased hours before with the receipt, and to exchange it for a bigger size muzzle. When I was in the store comparing my originally purchased item, I simply forgot where I placed it, because I was in a hurry. When I was ready to checkout, realized that I had misplaced the originally purchased item I walked in with and I asked him may I go find it; to then countinue the transaction. After finding it I noticed that he was then resistant to continue. I had to then explain all of the above to him, to which he was getting noticeably uncomfortable; he then was hesitant and wouldn't do the return and exchange. I had to insist that he check their cameras and ask the young woman Dani, who again went above and beyond to confirm that I in fact was telling the truth and was able to then return the original item and exchange it for the larger size. My dog now has his nails clipped and I was again grateful for Dani's help and consideration. However, having that discussion with the young man and he not believing me, made me feel like he thought I was stealing when I was not. Though I was able to make the exchange, to which I am grateful for. I will not be going back to this particular Petco. I have never been accused of being a theif and that is how I felt walking out. The staff is nice and the customer care is outstanding but be sure to bring your returns right to the checkout to avoid a similar experience as mine.

Look this store is controversial to me... they have continued to sell beautiful birds in which I bought one. A green cheek conure and I paid top dollar for her at this store. She was $700 and if I would have bought her from breeder she would have been $150. But I get that she is from S.A. Worth every dollar!Now a cockatiel they now have in a cage on his own is priced at $200. No frickin way that bird is $40 in the city at other pet shops. Also that bird needs to be in a cage with other birds! Shame on them for separating this bird out. Their staff no zero about what they sell! Their attitude when I ask about some grit for birds was awful. It would be worth the drive into Austin to get good advise and to see birds being kept up correctly.Maybe I should go and get a job there! Ha

My wife is determined to have fish, but she doesn't want to buy them online, and she wants "pretty" fish. So, that often means I'm traveling with her to pet stores for no reason. However, at Petco, we encountered some knowledgeable employees and a nice variety of rainbow shrimp. Additionally, she was able to get some pretty guppies. I'm very happy with them. I think there's an opportunity for this store to expand upon their fish section.

Worst retail experience ever. @petco charged me an additional $8.66 on one bag of dog food for not signing up for their membership program. I refused out of principle and to get out of that foul smelling overstimulating mess of an experience. What a gross place. Short Petco and Buy Amazon.

A dog with papers from Spain legally in the US they did not want to give her cleaning service that is called racism!!! I didn't know it existed in dogs!!! I definitely do not recommend this store for hair service.
