QT is the grand poobah of gas stations. QT as a company gets 5 stars. I love the hot and ready food y’all offer and I buy it all the time. This location is disappointing in what they regularly keep in stock. Particularly I’m burned by the lack of breakfast tacos. I came in at 7:45 am last week —out . I came at 9:30 am today and they were out again but had like 90 pizza slices they were putting out. I’m inclined to assume the demand is higher for tacos since they are always gone and there is always pizza.
If you’re a pizza lover probably 5 star QT
If you are taco dependent like I am 4 star QT
Still a firm believer in QT out ranking buc-ees though!

One good thing. They list the price for what they are selling. Half the convenience stores in Texas don't do that.
There is NO room to form a line if you go there when they are busy. You have to wrap around the shelves and block the merchandise for anyone else trying to get a snickers. Now if that's not bad enough, standing shoulder to shoulder with sweaty strangers and toddlers trying to grab the candy behind you. NOW there is a robot floor cleaner that does circles in front of you and drives straight through the line giving you even LESS room to breathe. Put back all my stuff and walked out.

At 2:54 AM I went to get gas.The pumps weren't working correctly after trying one for payment. I like this gas station because there's always law enforcement around. But i've changed my mind about the whole orb of deal with what I have expeeince.
So, I went inside the gas station convention store to speak to the cashier, so I could pay at the cash register for gas . When I arrived inside a female in thw back of store behind the cash register was walking back / forth looking at inventory but saw me ,but did not assist. The second female was cleaning the icey machine with water hose dodn't hear anything . I said hello , multiple times very loud. No one actually paid attention, So
I left.
I went to another gas station with only one person who was working for the night who had a lot to do, but still paid attention to me as a customer.
Later when I arrived at my home, I was alerted by the banking Facility that QT tried to charge my card ,no joke $175.00.
Please be careful folks of which pump you go to at night time.Because it seems to be some scammers trying to get money from your account. Always, keep your card on alert system that notifies you. Their Gas machines need to be checked thoroughly for Skimmers.Becarful out here people .

I ALWAYS get my gas at QT at home and on the road. I don’t use any other gas or convenience stop. I am a big believer in QT’s business model. Because of that, I am writing this review. Here goes: This is by far the filthiest QT I have ever been to. That is saying something. I have been to hundreds of different stores. It’s dirty inside and outside. The FedEx trucks were over running the store when I was there. They stay parked in the pump spots. It took me 20 minutes to get fuel. The trash cans inside and out were overflowing and the dirty bathroom was out of paper towels. The staff was friendly. That’s the only good thing I have to report. I won’t stop at this store again.

Went there at 6:45 pm on 11/28/24, and the young lady helping at the register was so nice. Greeted me and thank me for stopping at the store. As long as she is there, I will continue to go back

This QT is a shining example of the already gold-standard convenience store chain. As a former Apple employee, our rigorous training forcefully emphasizes customer service. This QT is always spotlessly clean, inside and out. Clerks never fail to greet incoming customers with ‘Welcome In’. The kitchen offers a stupendously habit-forming board of fare.
The most effective component of this well-oiled machine is Wayne the clerk. Always professional and polite, Wayne’s steady hand on the switch has made me a regular customer. Wayne’s performance should be held up as an example for the entire company. Wayne should be a trainer for store personnel.

I had 3 tacos and trust me the wrap was raw , smelly, and you can see the picture how they have wrap the aluminium foil, I ate the aluminium foil on the first taco. This was so bad I had a stomach pain.
