Well, this was a first for me. Tried to return a pair of brand new shoes bought less than 24 hours before and they wouldn’t accept it because they were “dirty”?? I’ve bought a lot in the past from this location, but I won’t be buying again. She didn’t even bother to look at my receipt. For a store who has shoes out on the floor for anyone to try on, they apparently take returns on $40 shoes very seriously. Just a heads up as the holiday season begins…heaven forbid someone tries on their gift and it doesn’t fit.

This store is awful. Besides it being a mess inside it's just a whole mess all around On 8/14/23 I went into store to get my kids school shoes (2). One of them didn't have the right size so I brought the shoe to the front at checkout and asked if I could have the right size shipped to me. She said yes and got mg address. So I waited about two weeks and finally called they had nothing in the system for me ordering these shoes. After about an hour on the phone they finally found the order number and realized a MENS size 8 shoe was shipped to a random address in Kyle. To another name I've never heard of. So they had me call the 800 number I've had to call several times to check on the status of my sons shoe. Not them reaching out to me. I told them the correct shoe we needed. And the last time I called a few days ago I was told my ticket was closed for no apparent reason. No notification. Nothing. So she apparently reopened it. This was last week. Still haven't heard anything. I paid about $80 just for his shoes in store and am supposedly getting the right pair now that are only $50. My son still has no tennis shoes for school or an update that the shoes will be here soon (9/14) and I paid $30 over. Guessing I will have to keep calling every few days. I will never shop at a rack room shoes again after dealing with this mess.

I took my son here today and got him some dress shoes. The selection was decent and the staff were very friendly'helpful. The prices were also reasonable. I'll be returning here for my own next pair of shoes. A very satisfying experience. Well done, Rack Room.

I have never been to a shoe store with less help. No one there knew how to read the size verifier machine or atleast they claimed not to know how. The girl acted like it was a problem to try and help me find my size (I know I'll need a wide) and kept saying..anything else..anything else repeatedly which told me she was ready to step away and then when it came to trying to find someone to reach my size on the very top again no one to be found. I left empty handed and feeling very let down at this experience :( really need to train and retrain your employees... in both customer service and for the equipment in the store meant to help shoppers.

Extremely rude here. They took away public restroom and my toddler who is potty training needed to go bad before trying on shoes and the lady that works there told me to walk all the way to target rudly. So I said might as well get my shoes there too then. You need customer service and accommodation to have Ppl shop in your store.

Very rude sales clerk. Basically accused my daughter and I for stealing. There was a small empty box near us (smalller then our feet) asked if I knew what happened to them. I said no and she replied if I was sure!! Made me furious. She continued arguing and when she was done she said Whatever' I will never go back again!'n

I bought my son an expensive pair of basketball shoes. They hurt his feet so I returned them. worn once. in box. with receipt. She refused to even be bothered to process a return so I could buy him another pair of shoes. Cannot afford to buy another $50 pair of shoes. She just didn't want to help anyone. Then as I go to walk out of the store there is a house roach...one of the small ones on the door. They didn't even care. We have bought all our shoes from RRS and no more. Such a waste of my time. She offered for me to return tomorrow to talk with the manager. When we work how do we find time to go at the managers convenience? How does one know that basketball shoes will hurt your feet without wearing them. Advice? Make sure you take a basketball to RRS to know if you can play in them.

Encountered a highly displealsant experience at this location. Shoes rang up 10.00 more (59.99) and when I brought it up to the employees their excuse was that the sign I saw is for "smaller kids" shoes which I didn't see any small shoe sizes on that row or next to the sign and I didn't see a sign with the "correct" pricing near by either. Instead of apologizing for the store's incorrect placement of merchandise and or signs they made it seem as I was wrong for bringing it up and went back and forth with me. How is a consumer supposed to know to check numeric codes on the signs and match them to shoe boxes I don't work there that's their job. Employees should be held accountable for not keeping an organized store and appropriate advertisement on shelves there was zero customer service here and the situation was handled very poorly by the two young girls working. I did suggest they fix the signs so future customers are not looking at the wrong pricing. The price was adjusted at the end but the visit was highly dissatisfying.

I called into the store to find a pair of shoes in a time crunch and Lilly was very helpfull and sweet. I really appreciate they great customer service and effort, and love my new shoes!

DO NOT SHOP HERE! The worst customer service experience that i've ever had. Extremely rude and condescending attitude of their employees and even their assistant manager. I wouldn't shop here again even if the shoes were free. They need to do a good inventory on their employees and do some mystery shopping so that way the owners can see just how they treat their customers. UNACCEPTABLE and HORRIBLE service. I wish that I had taken the time to look at their name tags but I was so appalled by their lack of customer service that all I wanted to do was leave the store.
