First time here. The individual doing my feet cut the skin inside my nail. I had to go to urgent care to get it cleaned. I told the guy to becareful but just kept cutting.

Went for a simple take off and Manicure .First it took 58 min for her to take the nails off. She was speaking there language I kept asking what did you say she says oh nothing I’m talking to her and I don’t wanna hurt you . Yeah alright. She told me $40 I wasn’t worried about the price I just told her I wanted my nails all the same which was short she says that going to be extra. I looked at my nails there still acrylic on them. She yells across the shop and it’s a packed house mind you asking the lady in charge about my nail cut down and all this and that She like oh I’m so sorry etc. like oh please. She kept shaking her head because my Acrylic was taken forever to come off. I finally tell her you know what I’m good on the manicure just charge for take off of nails. When we go to the front to pay she charges me $15 for a nail take off. That’s so ridiculous!! Don’t recommend this place at all!!!! So unprofessional and rude.

***Owner is unprofessional/confrontational. Raising your voice is never a good idea. It makes your clients uncomfortable.
*Drove 30 minutes for a 2:30 appointment for lashes that could not be kept. (Waited 30 minutes) Wasted over an hour and a half of my life, plus gas and got stuck in major traffic as a result. Very disrespectful of my time.
UPDATE: So happy to have found a much better nail salon right up the street next door to Smokey Mo's BarBQue.

KIM AMAZING!!!! I will only come here for mani pedis. She is by far the best. She is the NEW OWNER and has done amazing things in the shop. I send my family and friends to her. Stop by for a trial and you will continue to return!!!!
Requested style: I can show designs and they can make the exact design. Kim knows my style and she changes it up without me telling her what I want. They really care about who you are and what you like
Cleanliness: The place is really cleaned up now. She has reorganized the room and it feels so much better when you walk thru the front door.

Been going here for years to get acrylic nails and fills. Took a break and decided to get them again. Went in requested the full acrylic set. 35.$$ I polish my own so it was Just nails. Went to check out and he tells me 55.00. Umm excuse me? After showing him and owner what is on their price menu which shows 35.. Owners try and tell me he gave me gel much nicer" I stated that is not what I asked for but they refused to honor my request . I will NOT be back!! Nor will all my friends I have referred to them. Shame on them for trying to rip people off.
