Totally satisfied with they're customer service. I was informed with detailed information with the needs of my car ?. Expeditiously car service returned to me with a great guarantee assurance of their service performed on my car. I now have a peace of mind driving my car. I got a prompt diagnosis and resolution to my car problem. The hum in my car was caused by a faulty and worn out wheel bearing. I now have a new one and everything is resolved. The staff was friendly and responsive. I recommend Reliable Automotive for any car maintenance and repair.

Ok first off Amanda told me my tie rods need to be replaced to stop that vibration noice on my left turns. So i did that but it was still there. Than i tke my car in to get an engine swap which tim told me they will do. Two weeks after that they told me they wont do that since i supercharged my vehicle which i told them from the start and Tim told me they will. They are not reliable at all and i am looking out for you customers that need more than an oil change. These mechanics out here in Texas can not own up to their words that are given.

First of all, they'll make you wait forever and ever to get the inspection done and then they wont pass you because you need to replace a light bulb in one of turning signals. Other places would charge $3 to replace it and then pass you. Such a waste of time.
