Violet gave me awesome advice for me and my daughter. She took the time to explain color matching, how to use the products we were purchasing, and recommendations for shampoos based on our hair type. It was a 5-star experience. Sally’s is so lucky to have her knowledge and customer service!!!

Not sure if the person behind the counter was trying to HELP, or just talk s**** My hair doesn't look great, I'm very aware that the bleaching process wasn't successful, but being snarky and bitchy and saying "color's not going to fix it" isn't helpful or constructive, it's just bad customer service. I didn't ask for her advice, I didn't even open the discussion about what I was attempting to do to it, she took it upon herself while her coworker checked me out to comment on my hair, obviously didn't look at what colors I was buying to ascertain what I was doing about it now, and made snide comments under the guise of advice. This is the only location close to me, I've been here a few times in the last week and now I'll have to drive either into San Marcos or up to South Park Meadows to another location to avoid more unsolicited "advice" from someone who thinks a black and red mullet looks good.

My daughter doesn't go into this location because of their horrible customer service, so we always have orders shipped. I thought she was exaggerating until today, and I feel bad for not believing her. I went in to pick up an order for my friend. There's 3 people at the counter, a dude with a star sticker on his face, a short girl with gigantic eyelashes and black hair, and a girl with purple hair. Immediately after asking for the order, they're snickering, looking me up and down.. made me feel like complete garbage. The girl with the huge eyelashes even made a comment "Umm what were we talking about?" When I asked a simple question, if my friend had called to let them know someone else was coming to get her order. It was the most uncomfortable experience I've ever had at a Sally's. The one I frequented in Austin where I'm from was excellent and I miss it. I felt welcome there. So yeah, like my daughter I'm never going inside this location again. I'll stick to shipping.

The people here are some of the nicest humans in customer service! They give great recommendations and always check on you, and aren’t judgmental when they notice you need an assist!Even with the store being small-ish, there’s still so many options when it comes to different brands/products and I always feel secure as a hairstylist sending my clients for last minute purchases, especially traditionally clueless menfolk lol. I doooo wish they had synthetic hair brands here, but Quarter to Ten in San Marcos or Austin covers whatever I can’t find here!

The girls there are very helpful. I am going gray and don't want to dye my hair but would like to try something to darken it up for a few days. They had some wonderful advice. I am excited and nervous to see what happens. ??

It's 10am. The door was locked. The girl who works there opens the door and walks away. I said good morning to her and she just kinda made a uhh sound. I was like ok. Then another lady came in and she did the same. I was like if you don't want to work here what are you doing here. Anyways I asked for a bag since she didn't offer. She said they're 15 cents. Really? She could of told me before. I was not gonna run my bank card again for 15 cents. Just rude service.

Rude employee.... On her phone the whole time. Need some advice in two different types of bleach. She said " its bleach" an looked back at her phone. I guess it's better to blow someone off then to pretend you know an mess up their hair.
