The food was NOT fresh. Chicken slinger bun was rubbery, chicken was disgusting, pickles were wilted. My son's fries looked and tasted like they sat out forever.

Ordered online 8:10p. Set pickup for 8:25p. Arrived 8:20p. Waited until 845 to go ask what the delay was. Food was ready and sitting there. I was told it only sat for 5 minutes. When I tried the tots, they were almost cold. I took it back in, and they asked if I wanted it remade, I said yes went back to my car. They brought to remade food out in less than 5 minutes. It wasn't much better. I presume they microwaved the whole bag. I didn't have time to wait any longer.They were not busy, they had plenty of staff, that appeared to be standing around talking about a baby goat a customer was bottle feedingin their car..... I won't be returning.

We were at sonic in San Marcos took them 25-30 min to get our order out we left without food. Came to this sonic in Kyle they were suppppppppper super packed and within 5 minutes they managed to get our same order out quickly!! I highly recommend this sonic.

Went through drive-thru everytime we come something is wrong, I always try to see if next time is better and never is.The tots we got today all of the four we got were half way full, burger had a tiny 1 piece of bacon when we got the super sonic double cheeseburger and forgot the jalapeños. Seems like they rush and just don’t care about customers. Something happens every time, going to stop coming to this location.

The reason for the 2 stars was because the carhop was very sweet & pleasant & not her fault for the food. I ordered the Sauced Jumbo Popcorn Chicken & when it came to me & I opened up the container I was disappointed big time. The Chicken was all very little and they were all the hard END pieces. I still tried it becauseI I didn't want to go off assuming just by what it looked like. Yes it was all hard batter in sauce. None of the pieces actually had any chicken in them. So why would they name this dish Jumbo Popcorn Chicken? I can't believe they have the audacity to charge almost 5 dollars for no Chicken but crunchy batter in BBQ sauce.

I spoke to a women on the phone named Chelsea and immediately her tone was unsettling. I kindly asked her a question, she proceeded to give me a response to my question and as I was asking another, she interrupted me by hanging up the phone. In customer service when giving out your name, you should know how to communicate appropriately. I for one will not be coming back.
