I’ve been coming to this nail salon for years, Since it opened. Today will be my last visit. Not only was one of the receptionists rude and snarky, but I asked for someone who could do the design I wanted. They said the nail tech assigned to me could do it, however she could not. I wasted time waiting for them to try over and over and i ended up just choosing a single polish instead of French tip. The worst thing is, she ruined the shape and the application is awful. I’m sad to say, I’ll be looking for a new place to get my pedicures. This place has gone downhill and the techs can be rude/burn you with water even after you tell them it’s too hot. 0/5 stars if I could.

I normally do my own nails, but I went to treat myself yesterday as I have a busy week ahead, but I ended up leaving pretty disappointed. I asked for white tips, square shape, and short. After walking in, everyone seemed to be offered a drink, however, no one came to ask me. Not a make or break instance; I had a water bottle with me. However, it wasn’t a great addition to the already subpar service. Within 10 minutes, someone came to tell my tech she had another client waiting for her. I wasn’t loving my nails, but the service felt very rushed already, so I figured I would just fix them when I got home. The top coat was also extremely rushed and all of my nails have little air bubbles in the top coat; you can see a little bit of it in the picture. I already wasn’t ecstatic about the level of service and wanted to be done, so I acknowledge I could have said something, but I just wanted to go home at that point. First picture is how I left. Second picture is after fixing them at home. The pedicure was very relaxing and decently priced so I wasn’t too unhappy until I woke up this morning to take a closer look at my pedicure and there is polish on my skin, and the polish in the corners has already come off. However, not going to share pictures of that cause there are unfortunately creeps on the internet :) Not the worst experience I’ve had but wouldn’t spend another $80 to go back. I normally don’t leave reviews, even after my experience yesterday, I didn’t feel like I needed to share until I noticed how poorly the polish was done on my toes, as well.

I got a pedicure from Sandra and she was very thorough and sweet! I mentioned to her that I wanted an acrylic on my big toes and that the last person who’d done them for me left big gaps on the sides and she made sure to pay extra attention to that- I’m sure she would have done so any ways. She kept checking with me to make sure I was happy with the look of my toe nails throughout. I will definitely book with her again!!!

I usually go to Maria when doing my eyebrows she knows how to do it but she wasn’t there and I had a wedding to go to today My eyebrows are bad 😭 , I’m to nice to say anything in person but I’d want a refund bc the lady who did my eyebrows I don’t even think she knew what she was doing I have to grow them back out again 🥲 she wasn’t basically playing around I guess .. bc there not even shaped my eyebrows are full I always make sure I go when my eyebrows are full and Maria shapes them beautifully… these are one side is more than the other …

I havent gotten my nails done in a couple of years so I decided to get them done today. I tried a different shape and everything and I absolutely hate them. I felt like they were a little rushed by how poorly they were painted.
Not to mention, no one told me exactly what I was paying for until after I paid for it.
Planning to go somewhere else for my pedicures.

Stopped here on a whim, it’s a Saturday morning and very busy, it feels a bit cramped inside the busy salon. But I did see the chair was cleaned before we were seated which was very nice. I’m not one for small talk so I was happy my tech was jamming to tunes so I could relax on my phone. They also took time to do my cuticles. It wasn’t rushed, painful , or a negative experience at all. The receptionist asked from the start if we wanted gel. The up charge for gel is CRAZY. But it’s winter time so I declined. The receptionist asked my husband and I what we would like to drink and we never got them. That was a bit disappointing. As this was our first time here I didn’t make a fuss because I wanted a full experience. Overall not terrible. A good place if you need a pedicure in a pinch.

Very disappointed! Made an appointment at this shop for the first time specifically for my eyebrows. Only to be told 15 minutes into my service that the brow lady wasn’t there. My nails are so bumpy and sloppy. I feel like my shape was totally ruined. Definitely a waste of my time and money.

Absolutely ridiculous place to make an appointment. Made an appointment for 10:15am , arrived at 10:10am, was told Marie will be done by the time my apt time. Never did the “teenage girls “ confirm my apt with me. Waited till 10:45am ,then I told them this is ridiculous waited time 30 minutes over apt time. The “teenage girls “ said my apt was @10:30am (while I was walking out). I said nope. I have the confirmation text that it was at 10:15am.
Absolutely ridiculous place of business regarding appointments time.
I never had an issue with the lashes tech Jumy there but obviously this “Marie” has no clue about time management. And I suggest the company gives there young employees for more training in reception etiquette.

Called in for an appointment earlier on in the day and requested a specific tech. I asked if she was available they said Yes. Took the appointment and then they called me 30 mins prior to my appointment and started stuttering a bunch of excuses which was a clear indication that the story wasn’t adding up.
I cancelled my appointment because clearly they do not want my business and that’s okay!
