Christian at the Kyle store helped facilitate upgrades for my son and I. He was able to get our new phones through Spectrum online since the store was limited on inventory. Super easy and we got what we wanted coming our way.

I would highly recommend not getting Spectrum. After months of issues we have decided to turn to Frontier Fiber Optics. You pay for a service you don’t get with Spectrum. Sad that the day I decide to disconnect my service the operator was extremely nice to me.

Got here at 2pm. Still people in front of me to be helped, and it's 240p. And a total of 11 people waiting. Looks like only 2 people working
1 only doing payments and the other actually helping customers. Mathew was absolutely no help, with our accounts . Waited over a hour for nothing. It's wasn't until 308pm when we were called.
Mathew actually said we could go to another and get the lines taken out today. And it would be faster then me trying to split my lines to 2 accounts here at spectrum. Because he can't help with that.

Would put zero stars if possible. This company is bottom of the barrel. Worst customer service on planet earth. They do not care about their customer base, I cannot wait until they no longer have a monopoly in our area. I, and so many of my friends and neighbors will switch to ANYONE other that this garbage company.

Hey guys! Frontier is now in Kyle and Google fiber is coming soon! You don’t have to pay those people with all their hidden charges and increase of pricing every month. I just love their excuse of “did you sign a contract” to increase the prices whenever they want. So switch to another provider and don’t waste your time on this terrible overpriced internet provider.

Just came to this store to upgrade to a new phone. I checked in and waited and my name was cleared off the board without being called. And the person after me was called. I walked out and left. Pay more attention to your customers.

Matthew was working on Wednesday the 27th at this store. I went in and basically threw a tantrum because my reservation wasn’t showing up on the schedule (been a rough week but not a good excuse).
This dude was professional as can be and handled me with grace and dignity. I ended up embarrassed beyond belief because it simply wasn’t necessary and was so out of character for me. I apologized profusely and he forgave me but honestly I didn’t deserve it. I hope Matthew goes far in life because he deserves too.

If you want an internet provider that always has outtages... look no further Spectrum has you covered. 2pm mid day out, thunderstorm, out. too cold, out. Need to watch your kids on the baby monitor... nah outtage in your area! Wish Fiber was avlaible where I live... Spectrum is terrible and is not worth its price.

TERRIBLE. went there on a saturday and they had TWO employees working. There was a waiting list of 9 people. I waited TWENTY mins and was in position eight on the list. Based on that and the fact that not ONE single person moved on the list while i was there it would have probably taken at LEAST two hours before I would have been helped. Because of this i'm looking into moving to another carrier for my mobile. This is BEYOND terrible service.

Good luck trying to navigate billing when you need flexibility, even when you haven’t missed a beat in payments.
Also, if you’re reading this Spectrum, don’t raise my damned bill out of nowhere at the detriment of being able to afford gas and groceries. I can NOT AFFORD a spontaneous $15 hike on my bill, to where it’s DOUBLE what it was when I signed up.
