Nice professional service but apparently only store managers have capability to actually fix issues? Sat and waited for manager since my account was charged accidentally but service rep couldn't give credit. Manager was indisposed. Waited for about 10 min then gave up.

Worse store I have ever seen , you go in there for anything, they don't do it , or can't the only thing they will help you on is selling , even gave me the wrong equipment ... I'll drive anywhere else before I ever go there

Spectrum customer service told me to return my equipment to the store OR to UPS. I walked into the store because the lines at UPS are always crazy. The store employees said they don't accept returned equipment, that I have to take it across the street to UPS Store. I immediately called Spectrum customer service who again said my return should be accepted at the store. Thankfully the customer service rep was more helpful than the store and sent me a box to pack up and drop off at FedEx so I don't have to wait. This store would get zero stars if I could.

Spectrum site says we should be able to drop off equipment at a Spectrum store but this location is not allowing drop offs. There is no place on the site that says you can’t drop off equipment. This make no sense! Do you even want your equipment back??

I went to drop off Equipment as per Spectrum informed me to do. When I walked in with Zero Customers was told to go across the street to the UPS. They can help you. I am not waiting an hour plus to just drop your Equipment. No other company MAKES you drop at another location. They ask if you can but are willing if you dont wish to go that way.TO THE OWNERI KNOW THIS IS YOUR RULE. MOST OF YOUR BAD REVIEWS ARE FOR THIS REASON. TO SAVE YOUR JOB STOP COPING AND PASTING THE SAME RESPONSE TO EVERY REVIEW. YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE DOING WHAT YOU ASK. SO PLEASE STOP ASKING CUSTOMERS TO GO ACROSS THE STREET BECAUSE YOU DONT WANT TO BOTHER WITH THE RETURNS.

Save yourself a ton of frustration and DO NOT go with Spectrum in the Texas hill country. Our Wi-Fi is always out and it really affects our ability to work remotely. Going to call today and switch providers.

I showed up on a Monday around noon and didn't even get signed in before someone said they could help me. Dylan was great. He answered questions I had about my account, then got me up and running with new internet service, including hardware. This all took no longer than 15- 20 min. There were several other customers being kindly helped while I was there. The vibe was relaxed, and the whole experience was so much better than I was dreading after seeing all of the negative reviews. Personally, I thought this was a good store, and I especially appreciate Dylan and his assistance.

Three visits in store in one week. Visited Kyle (home) location to exchange equipment. Two employees present. One other customer in store. Was told to order online and take old equipment to UPS. Offered no other help so I went to Austin Southpark the next day where I was provided 5 star service; detailed instructions and suggestions. They also checked other locations for equipment. Returned to Kyle location on day 3 for a WiFi extender. Same two employees present. Zero customers in store. I was told “you need to order online.” They didn’t even bother to check to see if they had any in stock so I drove again to the Southpark location and everything was resolved.

Quite possibly the worst internet company I’ve ever used. Had them 6 years ago and swore never to use them again but when I moved they were the only service available. Currently in the process to install radio internet in my area and be done with this company once and for all. Internets been down for over 24 hours and all you can reach is a computer repeating the same nonsense lines no matter what question you ask. Cannot wait to be finished with this service.

We will be working with the state of Texas and the hundreds of other customers in the Austin/Kyle/San Marcos area your billing dept admitted on a recorded line you've just defrauded by not sending billing statements and then charging $8.95 in late fees.

I tried to return my spectrum equipment and they refused to take it. They said to go to ups because they have a partnership. Only I called customer service and they told me that was not a thing. They must not realize that if UPS takes over, they have no jobs.

I recently encountered a highly disappointing experience at the Spectrum store, and I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by Victor and Kevin, both of whom exhibited a distinct lack of competence. Given that I am moving out of my apartment, I approached the store with the intention of closing my account while also trying to assist the lady who would be subletting my unit. However, I was met with utter refusal when I requested to close my account, and to make matters worse, they informed her that she would have to wait for a period of 30 days before she could access internet services. Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable. Spectrum, it is imperative that you strive for improvement by hiring more capable individuals who can provide a satisfactory level of service.

Kyle, TX location had horrible customer experience. Incorrect information causing work delays and waste of time.
