I signed up for T Mobile in Buda, TX on Old San Antonio Rd. I had a problem with my phone a few months later. When I went back to the Buda store I was told they couldn’t help me since I didn’t buy the phone there. (I had the phone before I joined T Mobile) I had another problem with my phone so I took it to T Mobile in Kyle in the Target shopping center. What a complete difference from Buda. I was greeted as soon as I arrived and within minutes I was waited on by Hugais Bashir. Not only did he fix my phone, but he had me laughing the whole time. It’s very difficult to imagine that both stores belong to T Mobile. I would like to suggest that the Buda store go to the Kyle store for a workshop in Customer Service.

Do not go with T mobile. They have been nothing but trouble since I switched. Some little douche bag looking dude and little girl told me wrong information and its been nothing but trouble since then.

There is a guy here with the last name of Morales, a Hispanic man with a beard, who gave me and my wife terrible service. I was just looking to make changes to my account and he never had the patience to explain and give us any options. On the contrary, he almost ran us out of the store. He said "what do you want, you only have 10 minutes left" I said 10 minutes for what? He said we close at 6pm and I checked on the website that they close at 8pm, be careful with people like this, if they don't see they can get a commission they are not interested in helping they are only interested in selling

I thought I had lost my home gateway, so I went into the store to inquire what this mistake was going to cost me. The gentleman I spoke with suggested I call the 1 800 number because, “We only give them away here.” There was zero interest on his part to engage with my issue or help me find a solution.

The staff at this store are very professional. I dealt with Randy the store manager and he worked with me for over three hours with their support. Randy was able to resolve my issue even though the issue was on their system and not the store issue. He did everything to make it right worked with their support and was very patient with me and their support. I would highly recommend going into the store to do any order versus online. Their staff are very knowledgeable.

The manager, Morven, provided excellent customer service. She was able to multi task efficiently while handling multiple customers. I would return to the store again.

Not a reflection of store just customer service...Business account.If you are looking for a business line. Look someplace other than t-mobile. The customer experience is horrible. Even when they say they will take care of you. Know that is a lie and a script they follow.I am owed credit on account due to a promotion a supervisor extended to me. This was because the Samsung fold 3 is defective. I had 4 different replacements. They all had service issues.Instead of them giving me a different phone. Supervisor Jenni offered me a promo for s23. I accepted promo and phone was sent out. I returned the 4th phone t-mobile sent out.( this was from warranty exchange)Jenni sent me s23 and said as long as I keep s23 I would have a 800.00 credit. 200 per month for 4 months. This never happened. I spent the next 5 months calling to make sure credit was applied. Never got full credit. Phones constantly being cut off for non payment. Even when they drafted money from my bank. I am still dealing with this issue. I have a long list of people I spoke with. Sup./mngt/. None of them remedy the issue. Right now I'm on hold almost 2hrs.Trust me when I say find another cell company for your business.Spoke to:Jeni- supervisor 3/23Jack- supervisor 4/23Janice- supervisor 4/23Jessie- supervisor 6/23John- supervisor 8/22RepsNanaCandy- transferred me to supervisor that hung up.Jasmine- promise issue was fixed. Never called back. Phone was cut back offJane- hung up after 10min on holdAlvin- hung up after 35 min on holdMonica- never called backMark- rep hung up after being on hold for 25 minThese are the reps I spoke too.Still no resolution. All these people seen the issue activated Phones as a bandage. Phones off 3 days later. This interrupted major business. I am a electrical contractor that needs service. I have lost money and clients. T mobile don't want to compensate for their error.TRUST ME WHEN I SAY USE ANOTHER CELL PROVIDER FOR YOUR BUSINESS!!!

Went in to cancel my plan with T-mobile and was told they could not help me inside of the store. I had to do everything through the app. Why have a physical location if everything can be done “through the app”?

My husband and I went in to switch from Verizon. Best decision. We were greeted and helped by Bashir, and cannot recommend him enough! He was fun and helpful. Randy and Josh also helped, and the whole staff was very friendly. I would recommend this store to anyone. They have great deals and they are all so so helpful!

Walked in and was greeted with friendly staff. Marissa and Katelyn answered my questions. They helped me with my new phone. It was a great experience. I will be back for accessories.
