Tried to rent online they processed my payment but wouldn’t let me sign lease due to error. Called to call center very unhelpful and unprofessional wouldn’t recommend using. Would give negative stars after interaction.

Phoebe was super nice and helpful! She showed me multiple units around the property, and helped direct me to the website to get the best price possible! Very transparent about rent raises, and policies!

Been with Storage king USA Kyle location for a few months now and so far so good. My lot was clean when I got and the front office staff are always friendly and supportive. Shout out to Phoebe for her courteous service.

I used their climate control storage for 11 months. All of my property was well taken care of. Pheobe was a fantastic help with communicating the companies policies and allowing my movers and family members to assist in retrieving my belongings while I was located in a different part of the U.S. Thank you Storage King and Pheobe for everything! Highly recommend!

The only good thing I really liked about this place is the location, it’s right off the freeway. If you rent here, get a first floor unit. They only have 1 stinking elevator and it doesn’t work sometimes. BRING A DOLLY! They make you go to the office to get a cart and if the office is closed you’re stuck carrying everything in your unit and if the elevator is broke up the stairs. The only restroom is in the office so make sure you don’t have to go before you come especially if it’s after hours. Oh yeah and the office is closed on Monday. I rented here for a year and they raised the rent twice and towards the end sent an email about raising it again. Good luck!

Phoebe is the biggest asset storage king has! Phoebe went above and beyond helping me as first time storage auction winner on Thursday before I head out from Seguin I called but as I was on hold waiting I read the paper from the storage auction and hung up. Phoebe called me back within 5mins apologizing for missing my call I said no I just read the paper and it answered my questions lol. From the phone call till the unit inspection! Phoebe is wonderful happy Storage King employee thanking me and said I'll see you next time!!!

Do NOT get a storage unit here. Gate is broken... No email, no text, no call about the inconvenience. They raised the rate recently, I guess being incompetent means they have to charge more. I will be removing my belongings ASAP. Called the hotline about getting someone to open the gate and was told they don't have anyone available all weekend. The lady on the phone had slurred speech and had a hard time making sense, a lot of double talk but no results. Have to call back on Tuesday cause she could not stay on the phone long, I didn't understand what she meant by that. In summary, poor customer service, poor people skills, high rates, just all round bad place.

I have had storage at this facility for the past 4 years. When the business was taken over by Storage King just over a year ago, things started to digress. First there were typically only 2 carts in a 3 story facility so often times there was nothing available to help load and unload. Before Christmas one of the carts had a broken wheel. The following weekend there were no carts available so I had to leave and drive around with my stuff until Monday. When I went back I walked the building and was able to find one cart. Another couple in the building told me that the elevator was broken and inoperable for a couple of days. Now they are no longer providing any carts unless you go when the office is open, which is not on the weekend or today which is considered Columbus Day holiday. I'm really not happy for the price I'm paying!

I was in a bind with my apartment not fulfilling a storage unit we signed for as the movers were already moving our stuff in. Ran across the parking lot and was met with Phoebe at Storage King! She was going above and beyond with the elderly gentleman in front of me and was so kind and patient. She showed me exactly what I needed and helped me lease online for the cheaper price; I was filling the unit within the hour. Can’t recommend this place and Phoebe enough!!
