Updated review - so frustrated with this place. My payment is up to date and no payment due for over 20 days yet being harassed because the credit card on file will expire at the END of the month even after the next payment yet being demanded to supply another card that I do not have yet. There is no issue! Payment is up to date. Next payment can still go through.
I will be vacating the location

David was extremely helpful throughout our visit. He was calm, patient, and never made us feel rushed. He took the time to show us multiple units and gave us the space we needed to decide which one was right for us. We truly appreciate his professionalism and the assistance he provided. The staff here is always very helpful. Shout out to Lyn who patiently helped me deal with a couple of confused questions. Big kudos to David who took time to show several units and answer questions. I had him running back and forth before I finally made my decision. He was terrific!

Despite the criticism and the overall negativity the customer service gets here in these reviews, I really have not had that issue at all in my personal experience renting here.
David and Lynn work wonders when it comes to communication and have given us a great experience every time we have a payment due, or if I have any questions.
The rent for the units stays stable, varying month to month, but I've never seen the rates truly increase substantially to make a difference.
My salutes to the management of this facility. Thank you both for making it an easy and painless process every time!
