Dirty, disheveled, disorganized, limited products. The last few days s I've been trying their tallboys and they're ALL out of date and rotten. The staff don't care. This place is a health hazard.

Do not use this gas station. My partner, various family members and myself have all had our card information stolen from this gas station. This has been an ongoing issue for some time now, and if ai could, I’d not give this gas station ANY stars. Steer clear of this place unless you are using cash only.

How is this place still in business? Every time I have ever gone in, everything is picked over. The soda fountain is always dirty and the hot food that you can grab and go is way past its prime and needs to be thrown out. If it rains, their payment system always goes down. They have yet to upgrade it from when it used to be Sac n Pac. I asked about the restocking of some of the items and the employees shrug it off and blame it on the guys making the deliveries. Ironically, I stopped and asked one of the vendors about that. He mentioned it was because the manager it too lazy to order and ensure their orders are correct. If you go to one of the other gas stations, they are always well stocked and always have what you are looking for. I had asked what they plan to do when the larger gas station opens across the street with the carwash. I was told they did not know. I had mentioned they probably should consider remodeling the store. The employees are clueless the manager has zero idea what is going on and you are lucky to find anything in stock.Recently, a credit card skimmer was found at this location. There are reports of customers going in to prepay for gas and the employees saying, "We do not know how to do that." Do not buy gas here, you might get your credit card skimmed. You are better off going elsewhere.

There's never any food ready, there's only one wall of bottled soda that's always mostly empty and a tiny basic fountain, never any grab and go stuff in the cold bin either. Every time I come here disappointed which sucks because it's the only station on my way to work. I just go to walgreens now

I 100% cutting hrs due to staffing issues. What I don't understand is not having a new set opening hrs or sign. I work in another town and on occasion I work late as I am in the service industry ( so I get ther employment issues) . However, this evening I pulled up at 1156pm to get Gatorade for a sick child at home. The lights were on and there was no note posting they closed early. I saw THRER employees inside so I assume they are open. Except they were closed!! This is now a 7/11 store. Last week I was able to stop after midnight without any issues. If the new hrs could be set and posted this issue would be resolved. Staff made eye contact and just turned around. No apologies.

This Stripes location has consistently been poorly managed! Having traded there for several years the standard seems to be broken and non-operative pumps. Missing hoses, pumps that electronically don’t work, receipt paper that is never refilled for the customer that does not want to enter the store and wait in the long line, slow fuel (probably caused by lack of maintenance or fuel filters), etc... I believe that this is likely a localized problem as other Stripes locations in the area don’t seem to experience these type of re-occurring issues. Maybe someone from cooperate should take a look!

This is not your typical stripes. Here everybody knows your name. The best customer service all around. Extremely fun environment. The most laid back crew in the morning. Must stop for delicious breakfast tacos in taco laredo. 100 percent recommend it.

The manager here, Dot, is the kindest sweetest soul. I always feel comfortable and welcome here and I'm so grateful to have a neighborhood gas station that knows me and will take care of me. If you want to be taken care of come here!
