They’re ALWAYS out of stock on items we regularly order. We do drive up most times unless my roommate goes. The last time I was there, the girl who came out with our order had the worst attitude ever, like we’re the biggest inconvenience of her existence. Lol That made me think twice about going again but for the millionth time, they are out of stock of the same ol items. It’s exhausting trying to order from this store.
I’ll go back to supporting HEB full time.

Everything is great but the bathrooms (women’s) is very dirty. Always. I come here very often and the bathrooms are always unclean. Plus they need to add paper towels as well.

Nathan is such a joy and such a hard worker.
On the odd occasion of something not going as expected; Nathan just handles it.
The customer line doesn’t slow. The situations get handled.
He listens to customers. I just really, really appreciate the excellent peeps who are at the Kyle Target

A once fun experience turned negative by the complete disarray of the store. Shelf prices don’t match the check out prices. They never update inventory correctly so the app says items are in stock in a certain aisle and when you get there it’s not there. Funny thing is that you can add the item to your cart for pickup and get it but you can’t find it if you go into the store yourself. Target has just gone so down hill but this location especially.

This location needs a total make over starting with management. The store looks trashy. All departments are disorganized and are not stocked properly. Several times I’ve gone everything is just thrown on shelves. No concerns on making the store look presentable. It’s like the staff or management doesn’t care about the store. The store director needs to get with management to get the store together. If they can’t rectify what’s going on then the district manager needs to step in. What’s sad is Walmart in Kyle looks more organized than Target.

Went to the particular location today. Store stock is disappointing with a lot of items not available or or sections empty. Even tried to look through different areas of the store for items, alot of spots throughout the store is so disorganized as iff nothing has been straightened in days or things just thrown around. Extremely sad looking.

As this is the Target closest to my home it is my go to. Ample parking and typically a good selection of products. There are times at the end of the day that items seem to be pretty disorganized from shoppers not putting things back on the rack or display tables. Not sure if this is a staffing issue. That being said the staff is always friendly, seem happy, and are willing to help when you ask.
