I’m from New Jersey and contacted Twin Liquors in Kyle TX to send my brother in law a gift basket of Bourbon! Callie & Kyle were the best! They walked me through the process of ordering & the family came & picked up the beautiful basket wish various choices of Bourbon. My brother in law loved his B-Day gift and I loved the service from Callie & Kyle!! 😘

Question why would this location next to Heb tell me I they can't service me because I have my daughter with me which she is 14 years old? She is my daughter. She is with me. She is not buying the liquor. She is not buy herself. This is now the 3rd time this has happened. Can we say entitled much. Can we say controlling. This location fails to fully understand the TABC laws. They seem to make up their own laws because they don't know the real laws. I believe some education on the TABC laws will help them.

Employees here are rude and drink on the job. They refused me for no reason, even when I showed ID. CASTLE LIQUOR is much better.
