I drove from OKC to Kyle, TX to pickup a transport. Thank you to the lady in Kyle, TX for all the wisdom/ assistance. I’m very grateful for the received professionalism and assistance from this U-Haul location. They went out of their way to assist me, and others at the counter, when I was picking up. Customer service at the location lacks personality. It's like doing business with robots. The after hours drop off was not at all smooth. I found it a pain. The QR system is flawed.

As the site and the owner site do not match their well so people who needing certain equipment like a dolly or specific dolly, and they did not have these dollies and told me they just don’t buy more because people steal them. I failed to understand how this problem is mine and not there. I was also told if I needed different equipment just go to Home Depot and Lowe’s. I think I’ll just go to Home Depot and Lowe’s for my needs for hauling in the future and I recommend others to do the same.

This a customer service business. Your customers work all week. How are you going to close at 1pm on Saturday and not be open at all on Sunday? Those two days are when your customers need access the most because they work all week....

After having a not so great experience with a competitor, we landed in the front office of the “house of fries” park place storage. What an amazing experience!!! They are helpful, nice, entertaining and affordable! If I could give more stars I would!!!! Y’all are the best!!!

Customer service is horrible. The hours on the website says 5 pm closing time but when you get there, their sign says 530 closing time. If you want to rent a trailer, there is no way they'll rent you one past 445 and that's not advertised anywhere. I would've looked past the absurd hours but when I asked the representative why the strange hours, her response compelled me to leave this nasty review.

Fantastic place to rent from! Staff is amazing! I highly recommend Park Place if you live in the area and are needing a storage unit and/or parking commercial vehicles.

I had over week reservation and when I got there the girl on purple/pink hair said that she didn't have no trucks available! So I ask her so what's the point of doing early reservations if when I get here there is no truck! So she was very rude not helpful at all. Later I ask for my money back and she didn't know how to do anything. Worst place with people who don't know how to do stuff.
