I won't recommend this specific U-Haul place to anyone, just a week before I went to the other U-Haul in Kyle and I did not have any problem returning the trailer that I rented. Well, the front desk lady overcharged me because simply she did not know what time I returned the trailer on Saturday and she assumed that the trailer got there on Monday. When I asked her to check the cameras she told me that only they check if any incident with the police. So be aware these people are going to try to take your money, not about to help you ??

This rating is for Uhaul as an organization: My reservation was moved twice to be further and further away during the two days before my move date. And when I called customer service, the first lied to me and told me I hadn’t paid yet, when i have proof that I did. And the second argued with me and gaslighted me and told me Uhaul had not moved my reservation location, which I have proof that they have and the first cs rep admitted that that they did! I have texts from Uhaul telling me the times have been changed twice and I’ve spoken with customer service twice. People should not have to worry that they don’t have a truck available a day before their move. People should not have to have their reservation moved by the company twice the day before their move! What’s the point in making a reservation if you don’t really reserve it for us. This is a bad business model and your customer service representatives should not be gaslighting, lying, and arguing with your customers!

I was able to get in and out of here with renting a trailer very quickly. Would definitely go here again if needed!

The friendly staff at Anytime Storage located in Kyle answered my questions. U-haul rentals, self-storage available for rent 24/7. I found it awesome you could choose, pay and rent a unit at 3 am - access and load into without talking to a human. Now that's convenience.

I was charged a $25 cleaning fee for (what looked like) some small pieces of paper in a portion (by the woman's admission) of the truck. Nothing filthy and something that may have taken 2 minutes to sweep. It was not dirty or damaged, nor did it require any real "cleaning" that would go beyond basic usage. It cost me more to have her sweep a section of the truck than it did to rent the truck itself!
