Nice bank! Employees are all very helpful. They have a coin machine that is free to customers , no 5% fee like other banks in Kyle. I like that if you need a new debit card they do it on the spot! No waiting days for it to come in the mail.

Extremely friendly staff desperately needed a notary service and they offer it for free for both members and non members. Very courteous and professional staff.

I am very unhappy with the Escrow department of United Heritage. I refinanced in 2019. My original loan was in my trust and United Heritage would not refinance in the trust but said they would have it completed once our load closed. It not only took 6 months to close but it was not put into our Trust cost me $1,500 dollars in Real Estate taxes and a great deal of headache. I finally had to to directly to the title company to get my house in the name of the Trust. I will continue to do my saving account with them but I would never refinance with them. The tellers are very good with good customer service skills.

Me and my husband just started banking here a lil over a month we just don't know about this bank it just seems a lil off we are thinking of going somewhere else we are talking to our lawyer he said something not right ever pay check 200 taking out fell back on rent

Trying to pay off a loan to this branch. First off there is nothing online that says you have to make an appointment just to walk in the doors when other financial institutions lobby's are open to the public. The clerks that work the alleged drive through seem to be the most incompetent and slowest workers I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I urge anyone to seek another bank or credit union before dealing with this entire company.

This bank will not open their lobby, even on a limited basis. It's all drive thru. Long waits, very inconvenient.

I was treated very poorly today by the phone rep that I spoke with and then by the woman at the Kyle branch. IHCU charged me 9 overdraft fees that I did not incur. The woman I spoke with was kind enough and submitted a request to have the overdrafts refunded. The issue I had with her was that she said she would call me and let me know IF they would remove/refund the overdrafts. Why IF? I didn't overdraft any of these charges. She never did call me back. The woman at the bank refused to even look past what the computer showed. If she did the math (which I did do), she would see that it was a bank error. She refused to even check. In the end, I got the 9 overdraft fees refunded. I feel the UHCU owes me an apology for their error and the way I was treated.

Y’all used to be amazing at understanding if my account went negative. But recently all you have done is tack on fee after fee after fee. This is ridiculous. Making money off of a single mom who lost her job and can’t pay her bills. Congrats I hope that karma is worth it.

The manager at this location is useless. I filled out my slip for a shared branch transfer properly and the teller processed it incorrectly and needed to reverse it to correct it, which requires a managers assistance. The manager, who should be taking care of this error, is messing with the change machine all the while as if she is the only person in the building capable of taking care of that machine, neglecting to do her managerial duties. Due to her negligence and inability to do her job as a manager it took over an hour to complete a shared branching transfer. I find this to be absurd and unacceptable. Kyle branch needs a new manager, this location if far too busy for such inadequacies, especially since she has been incapably managing this location for years!

Nomeli if im spelling her name right is the best had a problem while on vacation and she went above and beyond to help us get our problems solved,we were not able to get our money back but she made us a new account and waived the fees because we were going through problems she really save uhcu from losing a customer we got better service here then our home town.Nomeli needs a raise!!

This was the worst banking experience I've ever had. Not only did they jack everything up they couldn't get the DocuSign figured out which out my account on hold and embarrassed me with my vendors after check bounce. I immediately closed my business account and will be utilizing another near by credit union. Please be advised

Computer answers phone...states that UHCU is “putting personal service firstâ€....keep me on hold for 20 min...computer come back on stating they are having problems...hangs up.
