If there was a Top 10 list for UPS employees, Trent would easily be #1 on all of them. Hands down the best — reliable, professional, and always goes above and beyond. Every package I’ve had handled by him has been on time and in perfect condition. He treats customers with respect, remembers names, and makes the whole process smooth. Trent doesn’t just do his job, he sets the standard. If UPS had a “best of the best” award, he’d win it every time.GIVE HIM A RAISE ASAP

Worst customer service, especially from the manager and the pony tail guy (lady boy) assistant manager, idk who own this store and how they hire these managers; can someone check the cameras and see their interaction with customers…. UPS

If you're going to ask customers to email you documents while in the store, then you need to give them wifi access. Especially in an area with poor cell service.

They are so fast and efficient! I think it took less than 2 minutes for my drop-off and that included having a laugh with the employee who was helping me. This location is always busy and there is a reason for that: The staff is expert level and always very professional and courteous.

I don’t come in here often. But when I do, the team members are always so kind and extremely helpful (even when the store is crazy busy). Jessica and Joey were great today like every other experience I’ve had with them in this Kyle location!
