I was a walk-in customer as my usual nail salon did not have any availability. I called and was advised they did not do appointments at the time and was advised to just walk-in. I arrived around an hour before closing. They were able to squeeze me in and I didn't have to wait too long. The customer service is great and they were all very friendly. I think I will be coming back here again! The service was done as requested and the place was nice and comfortable. It's not a luxurious location but a very friendly, warm, clean, and comfortable place.

After relocating to the Austin area I tried several salons and made this my regular nail salon. Queyn and Ben are both great and work as a team. For my birthday, I showed them a picture of nail art I liked. They duplicated it and coordinated my pedi nicely. You can expect friendly, patient and quality service every time.

I have been looking for a nail shop since we moved here. I found US Nails on line and they are close to home. I got there about 11:30 this morning and the parking is extremely limited. They are located between a restaurant and a barber shop. My pedicure turned out extremely well and was reasonably priced. I will return on a week day next time I visit.

My first time here and it went great! Got my nails and toes done. Everything was done quickly and well. The staff was very nice. My nails looks great, super happy with everything! I will be back again!

Inaccurate information. Online and even on yelp the business states they close at 7. However when I got there at 5:40 I saw on the door they operating hours and the 7 had been scratched and and replaced with a 6.... So they would not take me at 5:40 even after I pointed out that online it says they do not close until 7. Highly disappointed that I wasted my time to drive there and be told I could not receive services. I will also add I called twice prior to arriving around 5-5:15ish and no one would answer.
