This was my first time at Valvoline, and it was a great experience from the start. The wait was almost nothing, and they were very friendly with my 2-year-old son, who insisted on saying hi every time the techs walked by lol. The service was quick, and they topped off all my fluids. I will definitely be back!

Friendly from the very start. Opened early and got me right in. I noticed the communication between the team immediately. Everyone communicated about each step of the process not only with each other but with me as well. Multipoint checks and all hands on deck. This oil change stood out above any I’ve never had before, so much that I had to leave a review! Zach is running a great shop! Thanks!

I get my oil changed at the Kyle location, and the customer service here is excellent. Isaiah gave such great information to help keep me on track with my vehicle needs. He was patient and very kind. His commitment to excellence is awesome! The entire crew was very professional. The environment is also really clean and clutter free.

I was blown away with how nice the people were there. We had at least 5 of them checking in with us as we waited in line. We are retired so did not mind waiting. Finally they insisted we move to the front of the line. They wanted us to be serviced quickly. They were so kind and thoughtful. The oil change was great as well. I used my coupon. It was completed very quickly and efficiently.We truly felt like a valuable customer.
