Wells Fargo is incredibly difficult to deal with. They do not show the payoff amount on their website for loans or the amount of interest accrued, they take weeks to service them, and in my case backdated the loan interest to when I took possession of the vehicle, not when they loaned the money to the dealer. The dealer was pestering me for money to pay for the vehicle even though my financing was approved. This is a corrupt organization and I will not be doing business with them again.
Reply: Desiree, I've filed a complaint with wells fargo several days ago and they haven't responded. Someone called to go over the complaint, but no resolution was offered. My relationship with wells fargo ended yesterday when I paid off the loan in full to take my business elsewhere.

They don't help at all, terrible service, I've been active with them for four years and they didn't want to help work on my credit. I'll look for another bank.

No one available to help. They just refer you to the app or the 800 number. Not sure why this branch is even open. Considering switching banks.

This branch never answers their phone. I've called numerous days and at different times. I always get the same message...they are unable to answer their phone. I have a specific question that cant be done with automated service. This means i will have to take time out of my already busy day and use my gas to drive over there, because everyone there is too lazy to pick up a phone. Horrible! I'm only giving them 2 stars because drive through deposits are decent.

I only wanted them to help a contractor of mine to setup quickpay/zelle. They refused to help my contractor and refused to speak with me on the phone to listen to my request. Horrible service!

Apparently you have to make an appointment to open an account here (which we did not see on the website). Had to wait in line just to be told that. ? Poor customer service
