Walgreens Pharmacy as gone down tremendously! I should have known something was up with all 3 pharmacist ( Anders, Ashley and Colton ) ALL LEFT WITHIN WEEKS OF EACH OTHER! The got all new staff and floaters and the service is less then negative. They are rude including new pharmacist( Ty ) and the techs. The wait time for calls is super excessive and the lines inside and outside as well! I've never done business with a pharmacy that tells you or promises you one thing and then you get there and it's completely different and NO accountability from the staff after waiting in lines for 30+ minutes and even an hour last week. I called Walgreens Customer Service December 22 and I was told Aaron Simerals ( store manager would be in contact). It's April 6 and no follow up. I talked to Natalie floater pharmacist after that as I take alot of meds unfortunately, and her and Sandra apologized and told me they would help me. However, Natalie left a few weeks ago and Sandra doesn't work every day. So, I had an issue with a medication last Friday and was advised it was filled and ready on Friday. I had a procedure and couldn't get there until Monday... well it wasn't ready and Ty came so rudely to the window and told me not to do his job!!!! Excuse me, as I was just asking what transpired from Friday to Monday ( which is a valid question after waiting so long and receiving a text saying ready for pick up). Needless to say, I contacted Walgreens corporate again and asked to speak to the District Manager Kay! Something needs to be done immediately. This store can't continue to treat paying, sick customers like crap! I will be looking to transfer my families prescriptions somewhere else! Totally unacceptable!

The pharmacy is a joke. The staff is severely understand and rude as hell. They make you wait for 30 mins and then tell you the medication has just been entered and to wait another 40 minutes because the staff forgot to enter it in.

Worst pharmacy ever. They never have medication when you take in a prescription. Their store prices have doubled.

Used to work here for about 8 months and honestly, it wasn't a great experience. We were constantly short-staffed, and I kept getting scheduled way past my availability even though I was a full-time college student at the time. The management just wasn't good (the manager I dealt with doesn't work there anymore, but I have been told that the new one isn't any better), and I was talked down on quite a bit. It came to a point where I realized they just had no respect for my time or for me as an individual, so I left. If you're thinking about applying, I recommend reconsidering your options.I will give this place some credit, however. There were a few people on the staff that I actually got really close to. As much as I hated the management, I know that the staff here for the most part are really good people and are doing their best despite lacking in workers. I have some serious respect for them.

Just waited in a line of 4 cars and after over an hour wait, only 2 were serviced in that time. Ended up just leaving. TERRIBLE service at the pharmacy because they're understaffed. This isn't the first time I've run into this issue with Walgreens. Actively looking for another pharmacy that is adequately staffed and functional.

This has to be the slowest pharmacy, and I blame management, not the pharmacist working. I had a prescription that I needed for pain that was transmitted. I found out the drug was in stock, but it didn't get filled until the EVENING of the next day, thanks to a nice person named Chris. I called and he found it in a pod and had the the pharmacist authorize it.Another pharmacy employee told me there were eight people working there (true, I counted), but they had a severe personnel shortage and the others came from other stores. The poor overworked pharmacist was overwhelmed. Let's pay these professionals more so they can hire adequate personnel. We're it not for the very kind Sandra, this location would have gotten a one star.

The temporary store manager, Michael Prine, is having employees who are currently testing positive for covid-19 and are still currently ill, come in and work, putting all customers and other employees at risk. If this is how Walgreens values the health of its customers, I'm concerned.

i get all my meds here bc i work close by. the pharmacy staff is great. i know with the hospital and all the clinics around, they get slammed. so wait times can be long. especially the drive through. but any time i've gone in, they've always been helpful and nice. i know it's a tough job and ppl aren't always kind, they are fantastic

Extended wait for no apparent reason. Staff was friendly once serviced. Limit on amount of money that can be received.
