Always take a meal from this branch. But today was the worst experience with it. The fries over-cocked, order takes 30 mnts, soda comes with co2 only no flavor the staff is very bad today march 14th 2024. Managers please take care for those

just had gone through the drive thru, to arrive home to my order being wrong, i called the location, spoke with Anita. she said she’d remake the order for me, i told her i was gonna be coming back up there soon. i arrive & tell her my order. she proceeded to tell me she couldn’t remake it unless i brought the rest of the incorrect order back. this was not informed to me on the phone when i told her i was about to come back. she was being rude & snarky with me about the situation. bad experience at this location

Should be called “Why-such-a-big-deal-a-burger” I don’t get the hype I guess. Everyone says you should try it when you visit Texas so we did. It’s ok. I’d rather have in-n-out or Carl’s Jr.

Managers are terrible and treat the customers terrible after a mess up on their end!! They refused to give the district managers contact info and said they did not have to give it out when for a fact the do especially when it’s an upset customer.

I ordered my food ahead of time for pickup and got here 5 min after the order was supposed to be ready, and basically was ignored by the girl working the register because her friends walked in. It's definitely the worst service. If you can go to another location, I'd recommend it.

Have come here many times as I live in Kyle. Most of the time the service is fine and the food is good. However, recently I feel that the wait time especially with the drive thru is becoming ridiculous. Was told this last visit to wait in the outside lane of the drive thru and watched several people receive their orders before me in the normal lane even though I ordered first. Same thing applies to another person who was waiting in the outside lane front of me. I only ordered a single meal to myself. No apology for the wait time and hardly any interaction from the employee who came to take my payment and deliver the meal. I understand that there are busy times, but everything appears to be more and more disorganized every time I go.

I usually don’t have an issue here, but today I ordered the kids meal (listen I can’t eat a full burger every time and I’m not gonna pay extra to waste food). Somehow?? A jalapeño ??? Got into my kids burger?? I like spicy food so it wasn’t an issue for me BUT if I was just a regular child I’m sure I’d be freaking out about some unknown spiciness in my meal. It seems like a quality control issue. Maybe they aren’t separating patties out enough on the grill, or they aren’t cleaning it well. I don’t know.

Just ordered a burger and got directed to a line of cars with full vomb orders. Vehicles behind got directed to an alternate lane and were served and departed before I received my burger. Burger was not properly wrapped and fell apart as I removed it from the bag....and they didn't include any napkins to assist with the clean-up.

*Note: we travel full-time, and frequent many, different Whataburger restaurants across the country.My review is based on all locations.I LOVE Whataburger, BUT something I've noticed over the last few years, is the meat patties have gone from perfect and juicy, to too thin and dry. The meat is almost tasteless :/9 times out of 10, the burger is cold (I even omit the lettuce and tomato hoping that would help keep the meat warm (which doesn't help). I HOPE in the near future Whataburger will start making their burgers with the pride they used to value. Even though we had to wait a little longer for the order, it was worth it!Please Whataburger, take it back to the basics and focus on your original, made-to-order freshness and juicy to-the-bun burgers like the old days ?-Long, long, long-time, loyal customer
