After little to no help or effort from anywhere, I called and came here. They helped me with my tractor tire and were so friendly.. and so fast! “Although the wait was long, I got brakes, tires, balance, and alignment done. I had a fantastic experience. I had multiple questions, and they answered each one of them. Gave me the best options available and helped me apply for a credit card (had a promotion for if paid in full by 6 months with no interest). Will be going back for future services! Great work guys!”
“This happened in 2022: wow, I came in the door and I'm the only other person in the lobby besides a lady leaving her keys at the front desk and even when she leaves, my existence isn't acknowledged. One of the mechanics sees me standing at the desk twice and twice he turns back to his computer. Another mechanic comes in while I'm standing there and likewise ignores me. Only the owner greeted me.
This stings even more when I'm here to pay a $1000+ bill.
Every time I have taken my car here they do a good job but this last time when they replaced the fan, I expected things to go back to normal as they were and instead the fan makes a lot of vibrating noise for example if I leave it in park or I am stopped at a light for a bit too long. I took it back and asked the technician to check it or maybe the fan is unbalanced or something as they told me in Fiesta Chevrolet... But when I needed the damn thing to make noise so the technician could see and hear it it didn't and he said that it is fine... I disagree. I may not know anything about mechanics but I do know that when something is fixed it should be left as it originally was. As if nothing were wrong.
I know prices have increased everywhere but jfc a diagnostic is ridiculous.”
