Every time I call the Lady answers says “hi how may I help you “ I tell her the reason , which is to make a payment due to the due date ,then she proceeds to say I’ll call you back in a few minutes. Then she never does . I’ll have to call back the next day and she always says “oh I’m sorry I completely forgot “ then tells me she has to place me on hold for several minutes . Super weird . I asked her if I could call or visit Harlingen store to make the payments she said “no it’s only la Féria store you can make the payment to”.Well I called Harlingen location to ask if I could make a payment and they helped me and took my payment they said there wasn’t any problem with that . After I made my payment the lady from la Féria location calls me to ask me if I had made the payment in Harlingen and I said “Yes” . She just stayed quiet and hanged up on me.

Quoted me a good price then charged me more then what they quoted me on. Good prices but make sure they not over charging you
