O’Reilly auto parts in LA FERÍA TX I was calling they never picked I called 5 times then I went to store and called while in there and they didn’t pick up as I approached the desk person I asked why they don’t pick up the phones his response was because the customers get mad wait ain’t that how you lose big money’s people want to know if you have the part or not

Customer service is not good I was waiting like ten minutes and 5 people over the counter and non of them asked what I needed. Until finally an employee passed by and asked what I needed. Myself and another person were the only customers in the store. Not coming back to this store again. Get better at your customer service and take care of your customers.

Came in today, bought some air fresheners, stood behind some man giving the counter a hard time about a starter that was boxed wrong. They guy clearly said “if you don’t have it return this one and I’ll go somewhere else” then got so angry when the cashier returned the starter, then when I was help I got professional service and a nice conversation about what to do with my corvette. Thought the young man deserved a 5 star review cause he didn’t deserve that attitude from the old bald angry man. Thanks guys at La Féria keep giving great service

Very friendly staff. Willing to go above and beyond for their customers. Had to replace the lifts on my car's hatch and the gentleman did it for me. Great service. Will go back to them for my car needs.
