I made Two payments towards a Refrigerator I purchased. I am trying to do the same as cash...I noticed my same as cash price is NOT going down!? So I look on the payment history and noticed I'm paying for a service I NEVER signed up for?! I call to get it removed..but my same as cash price is still the full amount it was when I started??
Now wouldn't you think HONEST people would Apply the money that I already paid in to a protection plan that I did NOT sign up for...honest people would apply that to same as cash
So those two payments I made NONE of it went towards the same as cash price! I only have till August 9. How is someone supposed to pay off same as cash..if they have to pay taxes on the item EACH time they pay...and the Lease amount each month!?! And renewal fees?
Then they add in protection plan that's not ANYWHERE in the lease agreement!
My total same as cash is $1,549.99
I paid $451.94
NONE! NOT A PENNY WENT TOWARDS THE SAME AS CASH!!!?!?!

Danita is so sweet and real. She does he best to work with you and any time she answers the phone it's such a pleasure. Unfortunately I tried to get another item from.them but was denied and no one new why so they ended up opening an account in my boyfriend name and we got it same day but had to go up there to do so on the moment. Now it's more complicated to pay but other than that everything and every interaction has be great they work with you as long as you talk to them.

My first time ordering furniture from Aaron’s very impressed!!Danitia (sales manager) whom not only ordered exactly what I was needing BUT gave me GREAT deals! & Donald (delivery man) did a EXCELLENT job with as much furniture I had let’s just say what would normally take 2 people or more he did it all by himself… had his hands full but Got the Job done!??THANK YOU!!!

We had gotten a bed from this Aarons and today we brought it back (cause money is really really tight right now) they had told us we could bring it back we drove over 2 hours from Houston to LG to give it back for them to say they couldn't take it back cause it was bad and nasty and not in good shape (note we have had this bed for almost 2 years) so they said we could keep it yet we where told again to bring it back up there to return it but thats okay they will no longer have our business
